Came in today take a tour of the 2bd/2bth. I was greeted by Dante who was exceptional! Very nice & professional! He gave us instructions and keys to tour the apartment to do a self-tour, which allowed us to take as much time as we needed. The apartment was very spacious, up to date, & had plenty of natural lighting! When we arrived back to the leasing office, Dante had all the information we needed organized and ready to go for us! Great experience & property. Will definitely be applying!

Malissa Sakowski is a unique leasing manager here at Marrion Square Apts. She is without a doubt very professional and goes above and beyond to make sure I am happy living here. She is always ready to listen to my concerns and follows through immediately and follow up with satisfying answers and results. When I call with a concern she would answer my calls 99% of the time and when she misses my call, she returns my calls right away. In my opinion, Malissa executes her position as leasing manager very seriously and to me, she is happy to do so. She is by far understanding of any concerns I may have. Because of her and the office staff, Marrion Square is the place I like to call home. Thank you Malissa!Wayne S. is an extremely hard worker who has been servicing the maintenance needs of my apartment home. He enters my home with a smile and always on time to do what is needed for the upkeep here. I am very satisfied with his eagerness and attention to detail and explaining the repairs while working. Wayne gives me peace of mind that he is very knowledgeable of every task(s) he is working on and takes no more time than needed to complete them. He has an inviting personality and never fails to ensure me that he knows why something needs repairing or replaced. Wayne makes sure I am very satisfied with his work. He has exceeded my expectation with his work ethic. He wants me to be happy living here at Marrion Square. He is without a doubt the very best service manager since I been here. By the way, the grounds are kept well. Well done, thanks Wayne!

I have been living here since 2015 . It is mostly peaceful . If there is ever a problem and you complain it is taken seriously . The management has changed several times since I moved here. The management has always shown they care about community and the tenants. They have gone above and beyond in improving the community and making us feel very safe. Thanks a million!

Honestly, this is a place to live - The apartment is clean, pest-free and price is reasonably moderate. The apartment is now under new management and that makes Marrion Square a safe haven. Ms. Malissa S. and Mr. Wayne S. professionalism are top notch.

GREAT TEAM AT THE LEASING OFFICE. WE HAD SOME CHALLENGES WITH AN UNBEARABLE NEIGHBOR AND HAD TO TRANSFER APARTMENTS. THE STAFFS AT THE LEASING OFFICE DID A GREAT JOB WITH THIS TRANSFER. THEY ARE VERY ACCOMMODATING, FULL OF SMILES AND VERY PATIENT. THE MANAGEMENT ACTUALLY HAVE A GREAT TEAM ON THEIR HANDS AND 'MARRION SQUARE', BECAUSE OF THESE PEOPLE AT THE LEASING OFFICE [MALISSA, ALEX AND 'ALWAYS ON TIME' WAYNE] IS A PLACE TO LIVE.

My first experience with Marrion Square was about 4 months ago when I went in for a tour of a two bedroom two bathroom apartment. The leasing staff was very unprofessional and unfriendly. Upon viewing the apartments I was pleased to see they were updated and spacious, but knowing that the office staff was someone I would have to deal with on a regular basis I was not very happy with, I did notice the very friendly maintenance man who stopped and actually talked to me. He was able to answer more of my questions than anyone else in the office. I decided at the time I was not going to pursue getting a lease at the time, just recently I stopped back into Marrion since my lease will be up in a couple months. I was surprised to see they switched management companies and I was greeted with all smiles this time! The people in the office were so friendly! I also saw the same maintenance man in strolling the property from last time. I'm glad to see he stayed with the property. I will be considering Marrion Square for my next home in the upcoming months!

this place has really gone down. I notice how most of the good reviews are from new tenants, and the few from older tenants were under better management. This management sucks, are very unprofessional and take things too personal. The new tenants have run down the complex. Please rehire management. They are so UNPROFESSIONAL they just need to be RELOCATED. There is marijuana smells throughout the property. unregistered vehicles on the parking lot for days/weeks, like parking is abundant. THE KIDS PLAY BALL IN THE PARKING LOT! ( you do know car windows bust.) The employee at the front desk boyfriend/husband lets you know who he is like he is SPECIAL or something.This property has really gone down since the new management. Me and some other tenants are considering a petition to have them removed. THIS IS NOT HOME!!!!!

The leasing agent was so friendly and knowledgeable about the property. I took a tour and was pleasantly surprised at the spacious layout. I am happy to say I love my new apartment here at Marrion Square ! The property manager is extremely personable and professional. The area has an extremely low crime rate, and it's so peaceful here. The staff is great and easily accessible. I recommend moving here if your searching for a new place to call home !
