Theo, Colin, Kevin--they are absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, and friendly--actually the whole crew is but these are truly the shining stars. There are other establishments I could use for my shipping needs but I would willingly go out of my way to go the UPS store at Shawan Plaza.”

“I used to go to the Fed Hill location but too many issues each time with customer service. So I decided to venture a couple miles away for better service. Best post office in B-More, very helpful and courteous. Typically there are 2 women that work there and they are both great! ?”

Mr. Yang greets me by name and the other staff are always friendly, wishing me a good day etc. Even at the busiest times like Saturdays, I have never waited more than a couple minutes.”
