Sad, unwelcoming women. They told me to leave because I was a man. They must hate gay people because everything in the store was an offensive counterfeit item, poor quality and attitude the second you walk in the store. I usually like attitude but this was just stupidity.

Wasn't a terrible experience, but it is clear that she has a specific demographic that frequents her store based on my very quick conversation with the owner. I brought in an item and was told that her clientele were older women that frequented the synagogue and that my item isn't something that they would wear. My item was a Burberry bucket hat. Also, I wasn't aware that her store catered to a certain group based on that specific comment as it isn't advertised or publicly stated. My assumption was that it was a luxury consignment shop that caters to all people. The window literally has luxury boxes such as Louis Vuitton and Chanel showcased.
Now, this isn't to say that if you were looking for a timeless piece that you wouldn't be able to find it there, but based on my customer experience and style being in season fashion, that I would tell you to research other consignment stores that not only will give you a more rounded experience but also better customer service.

I stumbled into this store today and had such a wonderful experience with the sweet owner. I bought two gorgeous jackets. She has beautiful things - definitely the best consignment shop I have been to! I will definitely be back!

I've known Ella for over twenty years. You could never meet a more delightful person. Her taste in everything is exquisite!!! I was her customer since she and her husband had European Furniture which was next door to Last Tango. I'm an African American woman and she has many of us as her loyal customers. I'm offended that anyone would portray her otherwise.Visit her store and be prepared to go CRAZY from seeing so much fabulous stuff!!!!?

This amazing boutique is nestled in Reisterstown Md. The owner, Elle is accommodating and offers advice and suggestions where fashion is concerned. The clothes are unique and there's always something new to try and buy. I stop by each week to peek at the amazing finds. Shopping at this boutique is so addictive! Elle's witty banter makes you feel confident and comfortable in trying new and amazing fashion. I must mention that I am an African American female and she's only treated me with dignity and respect.

I had a terrible experience at this store, I was not even given a chance to enter, the lady I’m guessing her name is miss Ella did not great me at all. She looked me up and down and turned me away. Guessing because I had on sweat pants and I am black. After asking if I could come inside she went and yelled ladies only. Do not spend your money here, she turned me away with out even acknowledging my interest and knowledge in fashion. I wouldn’t be surprised if she died in that hell hole.
