Disappointed in the stores policy not to accept a returned shirt inside a week. The shirt was tried on, and didn’t fit right.Buyer beware.I won’t be going back.

I had an emergency situation. Needed to be appropriately dressed for an orthodox wedding at 6 PM, and I walked in to Hat Box at 4 PM. In no time at all, I was shown a nice selection of suits, fitted professionally, got all my accessories, and even got the hems of the pants done while I waited. They cut the tags off everything by 5:30, and I arrived at the wedding right on time, looking & feeling great. Got lots of compliments, too. You will not go wrong shopping at the Hat Box in Pikesville.

Moishe Hefter is not only a Daf Yomi Maggid Shiur, A Tremendous Baal Midos, a wonderful baal tefillah, but also carries an excellent selection of Suits Shirts Ties Shoes and even cufflinks! Moishe never ceases to amaze me.

Excellent shopping experience. Both Moshe's are wonderful at helping find the right high quality clothing at great prices efficiently with no wait. Selection of clothing is not lacking by far. Alterations are performed in house which is such an amenity. Will definitely be back for the next one.

They always have what we need in men's and boys' suits, hats, jackets, ties, shoes. Their staff are always friendly and professional, they know their store, stock and their business, and they aim to please the customer. They have had and will continue to have my repeat business even though I am not so local. Excellent service!

I texted the store about purchasing a suit for my son for his upcoming bar mitzvah. We were planning on clothes shopping on the Sunday between Yom Kippur and Succos. I was politely asked to come after the chagim, so I would have a better customer experience. Since we were coming from MoCo, I appreciated the honesty.We ended up going to Hatbox this past Sunday and had a great experience. The salesman was courteous and low pressure. In addition to his suit, we purchased additional slacks, ties and shirts for him and I purchased a suit for myself as well. With all of that, we still came in under our self-imposed budget, even though we did not mention our budget to the salesman until AFTER we made our purchase. The alterations were completed within 1 business day, which is extremely fast.
