Steer clear of the pickup option and go in the store. I sat for over an hour last night and there were still items missing, my acct has NOT been updated to reflect those missing items AND I was given kale instead of spinach. I am so irritated!!!

tell me why I went today to this store and there were no cashiers , so I went to the self checkout. And as I scanned my stuff the self checkout thing kept saying that somebody was goimh to need to help me , I don’t remember this woman’s name it was around an hour ago that this happend but she was very rude , and raised her voice at my mom and had a very disgusting attitude as if she didn’t want to be there, this is her job to help and she chose this job , that’s on her not on me and that was the machine that was acting up , we couldn’t search the items that we had because the number wasn’t on there, she was very annoyed by that. She had glasses , a clear purse that day , I don’t remember her name.

I dont know what’s going on but the meat department needs to get it together. STOP PACKAGING RANCID MEAT. 99% of the lamb was BAD and i had to take it back twice . They “packed” it 2 days ago but its rancid? No ma’am . I used to work here and still shop here and it was never like this. A lovely cashier (I wish I got her name but she was at register 7 on July 1st) even checked it herself and even the customer behind me said not to get it. Meat department please stay on your p’s & q’s because yall would not eat no spoiled meat.

I shop at Giant Food in pikesville went there Sunday to pick up mixed fried chicken was told by older guy at fry station was told they was not going to fry mixed chicken on Sunday may 26 around 1:30 went there Monday around 1:00 was told they was not frying mixed chicken poor customer service two day in a row was planning a party

The pharmacy REALLY needs to figure out their phone situation. I can NEVER talk to someone, the phone keeps ringing and ringing. I've even had customer service transfer me over multiple times, but no luck. I've tried calling at least 15 times across a few different occasions and have never been able to talk to a pharmacist. Please figure this out.
I will say the staff has always been helpful and friendly in person.
