“I have read endless reviews about this business the practices and the employees. Even with all of that I still decided to get furniture. This was totally because I needed a living set quickly . I had several failed deliveries from top furniture stores . The door frame was not cooperating . The online phone representation was amazing . All was explained no hidden fees . One issue they don't assemble that I was aware of and wasn't explained . This was an online /phone transaction. I'm sure this was on the papers I signed but I should have read completely. I should have also been told . That's the only big thing I have an issue with . That's why I gave 4 stars .”

“Top Tier customer service I was really blown away at the service I received. Not gonna lie it’s been a long time since I came across anyone that actually cares and in general and have a love for what they do. Joe was so attentive patient and kind. That once I called around for quotes I was drawn back to him. He answered every question I had and went above and beyond with even sending me pics and text messages before I even made it out to the house warehouse. Once I arrived he had things out for me to test and see if that’s what I really wanted. That’s not the kicker I made a purchase got to my salon had an issue, I called Joe he personally came out and fixed (swamped) things out without any pushback or anything. I highly recommend using this company. I’m still talking about the service I received and it’s been almost a week! I appreciate great business and kind souls. Joe you’re amazing stay BLESSED. “I came in to purchase Christmas decorations for my company's lobby. I approached Ginna to get some decoration ideas. She was amazing! She spent over an hour with me helping me to group things and encouraging me to go with my gut. She did this between many other customers asking for her assistance, and always with great attitude and pleasure. She went above and beyond and her help was greatly appreciated. The same goes for Jenn. When I checked out she wrapped everything for me, took my 2 overflowing baskets of treasures to my car, and helped me to load it all. I’m so grateful to these ladies! Home Goods is blessed to have such hard-working, pleasant employees.”

“Caroline at the Towson Arhaus was amazing. I’ll preface this by saying that I’m a guy with no interior design experience. I went in to check out a few specific indigo colored throw pillows for my couch that I’d seen online. It was about an hour before closing. Caroline listened to what I had in mind and then quickly got to action. She was incredibly helpful in offering a number of suggestions of varying designs and colors. I walked out an hour later with two indigo throw pillows and two large grayish (chinchilla) lumbar pillows for my couch. I’d been looking for potential combinations online for a while, and Caroline came up with the perfect combo in about an hour. It was very impressive to see Caroline in her element, thinking up new ideas to fit my goal. I’m extremely happy with my purchase, and I could not have gotten to this point without her help. I was also impressed with Arhaus’ quality and selection and with how friendly the whole staff was. Great customer experience!”

“I love this target! There was a women outside who lost her keys and a gentleman who worked there stayed with her and we helped her find her keys- he was so nice and patient. The store is clean- I usually use self checkout and I don't have too much of a line most of the time. I go there for small kitchen appliances at a good price and toiletries as well as household items and always find what i need. It's never too crowded and always have full shelves.”
