Absolutely love this place! I felt at home immediately and the trainers are all so personable and professional. I am someone who finds it difficult to gain weight and muscle but I'm happy to say not only am I seeing physical results but my mental health has improved as a surprising side effect ☺️ HIGHLY recommend! And huge shoutout to my trainers Kristine and Sara!

FT is well run and a nice place to get solid guidance to move your fitness forward. I particularly respect and enjoy working out with Kristine Chen, who is positive, fun, and highly educated about fitness.

This place is absolutely great!!!! They are truly about what they sell. I appreciate everyone there from the staff to the other members. The workouts are exactly what you need & give you the energy that you want. I'm glad that I joined & look forward to seeing my changes. Thank you, Cayley for the encouragement & motivation.

I have been working out here for about 5 months now and it has been great. The workouts can be intense but the trainers make it fun with their encouragement. I have lower back issues and they have been wonderful at ensuring our workouts don’t negatively impact my back and adapting the exercise if I feel any discomfort. This place and the trainers have allowed me to get back into a workout routine that I had lost when COVID hit. I highly recommend Fitness Together and encourage anyone that is thinking about reaching out for a consult to take the plunge!

I’m in my mid 60s and sought out FT to achieve strength and balance. I was able to achieve my goals without injury and I’m very happy about that! FT knows how to work with all people no matter their age and/or fitness level. Everyone is so nice and extremely knowledgeable. I’ve made fun friends and look forward to upping and reaching my goals. Start with 1:1 sessions if you can. It’s worth the effort!

I have been going to fitness together for over 11 years. The trainers have given me the tools to live a healthier lifestyle. Whether, fitness, nutrition, etc. They tailor the workouts to cover my health restrictions as well as being very accomodating. Thank you to all the trainers past and present , especially Ryan.

Update: It's been a blast but don't get me wrong the workouts are intense! There's noticeable increase in body strength, endurance, focus and self confidence. Whenever I'm hesitant to increase the weight challenge there's always encouragement from my fellow classmates and my trainer.. yelling "Go for it... you got this!" The first workout was awesome being as I entered the room a classmate asked our PT Ryan to change the music playlist to Motown... really?!. hilarious! Did I mention... we began singing along and I started implementing dancing with the exercises of course... sad but true... ??? I really appreciated the camaraderie between us that helped to reduce any apprehension or anxiety. I'm looking forward to a long and fruitful with Fitness Together.

I had been coming to Fitness Together sporadically with my husband for about 4 before my retirement. When I finally retired in March 2016, I made a serious commitment to get into shape and started coming 2 to 3 days a week. I could barely get off the floor when I first started and fitness seemed like a distant goal.I love coming to the FT studio because the trainers are so skillful and creative and everyone who goes there is so friendly and supportive. I’ve made lots of new fitness friends there! The trainers change up my exercise routine every few weeks to make sure things stay interesting and that I focus on different parts of my body. They always push me to do my best and continue to challenge me. I am amazed at the transformation of my body since I’ve been coming to FT regularly.Over the past 7 years at FT, I’ve seen remarkable changes in my overall fitness, including weight loss, body fat loss, increased muscle mass and significant increases in my strength. I had a hip replacement in 2021 and FT created routines to help me prepare for my surgery. After surgery , FT trained me to gain strength, flexibility, and increased mobility in my hip while I healed and eventually got back into shape. My orthopedist said my rate of recovery was remarkable and that it was obvious my exercise regimen was responsible for my results. Overall I’ve lost about 35 lbs since I started in 2016, and I’ve seen measurable increases in my energy level and overall fitness. Even daily activities are easier for me, from carrying groceries, to gardening or just walking up the steep hill near my home without getting winded.Since 2021 (and post surgery), I’ve been consistently coming into the studio for individual workouts 3 times a week. I continue to step up my cardio outside the studio with regular workouts on my rower and long walks 4-5 times a week! Thanks to the habits I’ve learned at FT I am the now at my most fit in years!! Thank you FT and all the trainers who have helped me get here. A big shout out to Ryan, Shawn, Cayley and Kelsey. You are all outstanding trainers!!

My experience with the trainers was eye opening. Doing first time exercises and maintaining a sense of confidence, that I didn't have, to now pushing forward on what I've been motivated to do. You get what you put into your workouts and the trainers make sure you get your money's worth. The most important thing is nothing is forced. They work at your pace, until you have the confidence to kick it up a notch.
