Went there to submit prescription for my elderly mother. The pharmacy techs were quite nice but the actual pharmacist was rude and unhelpful. When asked if they could check the system to see what other pharmacy in the area may have the medication the pharmacist was loud and dismissive. Will not return.

When you call they do not answer, they call you back after a few hours then put you on hold where you will stay until you get disconnected then you start the whole loop again. Good luck!

Consistently CVS is rude, incompetent, overpriced and difficult. Everything they do seems to be about their own profit with no care for customer service. I do not trust them and do not wish my health care needs to be in their hands!
