We have been denied Urgent care when we physically came into the office first thing in the morning for a quickly developed rash with other symptoms. Right to our faces we were told that the front desk will not look into any appointment availability for any doctor and that we cannot get any service. Additionally a nurse of Dr. Elena Volkov was present and specifically was telling the front desk staff to deny service. I would recommend anyone to avoid this office, as I doubt they care about you in any way.
