“Visited Alside's showroom to take a look and feel of their insulated vinyl sidings and feeling not confident just by reading brochures in their website. Had an excellent interaction with Herson who was very helpful and provided more explanations about the sidings plus giving me samples. Now, I feel more confident of my decision which of these sidings to choose from. They also have windows and doors in their showroom.”
“I went to the one out Dundalk first for 2 dressers this past Saturday.Although they claimed to be open on Google search, that was not the case. (Plus, no one answered the phone when I called). I was very disappointed because I had to pay to get there, which was 7 miles from my house. I did get the dressers from the one on Fulton Ave tho. And I left there happy. IF YOU CANNOT GET ANY ONE ON THE PHONE TO THE STORE IN DUNDALK, DO NOT GO!”
“The location is under a bridge and kind of small, but you get in and out fairly quickly. Navigating to their facility is easy with an 18-wheeler and easy right off the highway. I will say that if you come on a busy day, their turn in could get packed and turn into a mess.”

Fantastic customer service despite a busy business with contractors coming and going. The office is located in the white building behind the house that needs painting.”
“Awesome ordering experience.Walked in after being frustrated at Home Depot, from their lack of knowledge and support. At 84, my wife and I were greeted by Steven who was ready and willing to support our decking project. He was outstanding, more of a trusted advisor than a sales person, taking time to explain design, options and work with our budget.Lesson learned, started with 84 lumber over a “big box” home store and work with Steven!”
“I have not dealt with RLC for many years. I will say that they were very reliable and responsible when I built my house. Additionally the quality of their lumber products was excellent, although slightly more costly, but you get what you pay for. Would I go back ? Yes, if I had a major project that I needed serious quality materials,I would!”

“Oh wow, I'm really surprised by these low reviews. I felt I had to write a review based on the great customer service I received while there. This store is near my partners home. It was my first time here and..... well, sometimes stores have the same layout and sometimes they don't. I felt this was the first time at Lowes I felt the employees were seeking out people to help. I was standing in the lane thinking through my list when a young man (employee) asked me if I needed help. At that time I didn't, but a few minutes later I did. I sought him out and he pointed me in the right direction. Later a woman saw that I was lost (you know that look you get when you're trying to figure out how to find what you're looking for) and asked how she could help. She too pointed me in the right direction.Lastly, I needed top soil, but the garden center was empty. I saw the pallets sitting in the parking lot and asked an employee out there for help. I got my top soil. So yeah....... I had a good experience. Of course I left with more than I needed, but..... who doesn't.”
