Went here with my sister (bride) and my mom to look at dresses for my mom and I. They were closed during their posted business hours so I had to call the store. The guy that answered the phone and opened the door, asked us for pictures of what we want and said “you can’t just look at dresses, you need a color and style”. We asked if we could look around and he said okay but proceeded to come after us and kept saying you need a picture it’s too many dresses here. He wouldn’t let us look at dresses without asking questions like are you guys together and do you know what color do you want. He was rude and quite pushy. We left and told him he was rude. There were no other customers in the store.

Although prom was canceled due to COVID the dress and the alteration was absolutely perfect.

I took my daughter to look at Prom Gowns for her JUNIOR Prom. We went in the back way. It felt like a hoarder’s basement if you are claustrophobic don’t even try.We went to the front of the store, where a man asked if he could help us. My daughter said what we were looking for. The man laughed. My daughter is 6’ 2’ a lot of little men laugh at her stature.A lady started looking in the book for the dress and found the dress my daughter wanted (a knock-off of the designer my daughter wanted). She advised us it would need to be ordered. We asked if my daughter could try on dresses, the man said “We don’t have her size in store. She is so tall we would need to order them.” I advised him that we have tried on dresses at other stores, she was fine with length. He said they did not have any size 18. I asked the women, she said they were “all mixed in.” We attempted to look at the dresses, it was too overwhelming. A size 6 dress was next to a size 24 burlesque dancer dress. In a time when we are trying to lift up our teens, let them know size doesn’t matter. They made what is supposed to be a fun shopping trip AWFUL.

This place is awesome! Mr. &Mrs. Young were very attentive to the entire bridal party and worked with us with the brides budget! We were the only ppl in the bridal shop the entire wknd. The first dress the bride tried on was the ONE!They really went above and beyond the call of duty for us- even to opening the shop on Easter Sunday for out of town guests to come down to get fitted and try on ?. We had a 3 day experience with them and it was well worth the trip from Las Vegas and Pennsylvania to say YES TO THE DRESS!!THANK YOU MR& MRS YOUNG FOR ALL YOU DID!!

I would rate this store with a 0 score if I could. I was looking for a specific Morilee bridal gown that I found out after calling all over, literally no store in Maryland carries. The Newark Brides and Grooms store carried it, and offered to send it to the Pikesville store with the seamstress of both stores, which was perfect, as Pikesville is the closer location to me. After making an appointment with the Pikesville store, while on the phone with the Newark store manager, I showed up to the Pikesville store on the appointed date and time. My mother and I parked in the lot and were immediately met by an older Asian man (I'm assuming the male owner/manager that other comments speak of), who told me multiple times that they do not do "dress transfers" because it is "a waste of time and money" for them, and that it is a $50 to even make an appointment to try dresses on, AND that they were closed (despite it being the time of my appointment) and that he would not even go inside to tell me if the dress that I was wanting to try on was even at his location. He was extremely rude and unaccommodating, even after I explained the entire situation. After calling the Newark store back after he walked away, they were embarrassed of his interactions with us and offered to have the dress brought back to their store for me to try on (which is what I'm going to do, because their sales associates have been nothing but sweet, understanding, and accommodating), because the dress WAS in fact taken to the Pikesville location and was there specifically for my appointment, that the older Asian man acted like he knew nothing about. It's a long story, but I think an important one for anyone thinking about using this shop to read. Do yourself a favor and use another bridal shop that doesn't charge you just to make an appointment, and that has better customer service.

Wow what an awesome store. My daughter fell in love with the very first dress she tried on. They have a large selection of prom dresses and the service we received from this couple was exceptional. The prices were reasonable. To bad my daughter won't get a chance to wear the beautiful dress that we purchased due to all proms in the area being canceled by the Corona Virus .

Stopped in to view the dresses. I was shown one dress with holes in it. The other dress looked like it was worn. I was really disappointed in this place.

Brought a dress for my wife there. Staff helped her find a dress, fitted her and alterated the dress to precisely fit her. I be back there again no doubt knowing my wife. ?

Went in to look for a bridesmaids dress, 3 people in the store that worked there. The man was helpful, though he followed me through the store standing there staring at me while I’m looking through dresses. I tried one on, it didn’t go as well as I hoped. They asked if i wanted it and I said no thank you. One of the workers made a sly remark as I walked out of the store!!! Are you serious?? Would never recommend this place. Not to mention all the dresses had that old moldy smell as you walk through... I’d give it negative stars if I could.
