The newly built Barnes and Nobles in this center is an inviting space. They literally moved it to another location in the same shopping center. It's still cozy, has reading areas, and a welcoming atmosphere for book lovers to enjoy. I didn't stay long this time but I'll be back.

The new location is not ideal for me. That said, it is well lit and easy to navigate if you aren't looking to sit down and stay a while. I enjoy perusing cards and journals when I find myself in the area with a little extra time. However, I find fewer reasons to go than I used to. I actively seek out other B&N with a similar layout as the old location (or other brands altogether). I'm not sure why they moved the store and nixed the cafe.

This is an absolutely cute store! I love the way everything was laid out in the store. It could keep you walking around forever. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They made sure I got the book that I was looking for. I highly recommend this place.

Always easy to find what the kids and I need. Also a great time killer for browsing. Books always in great shape and at a competitive price point.

I used to go to the old Barnes & Noble a ton growing up. Recently visited the newer store and I won't be returning. Was looking through some of their Tolkien books and I noticed books I purchased not even 4 years ago are nearly double in price compared to when I got them . Books that I got for $10 are being sold for $17 or more . I wanted to re purchase a tolkien book to complete myCollection of one of the styles of printing with the art styles . I just can't justify marking books up too when cost of living is so much today . Will no longer support the big stores such as Barnes and nobles and will be going to little Book shops or good wills for my books from now on . Hell even Amazon sells books at reasonable prices. $18 for a book that used to cost $8 or even $12 is just something I can't support .

Great place to go outside of a public library to get a great book to read. Something to feed the mind. Their little children's area is nice, kid friendly, and cozy.

I've visited this Barnes and Noble before and haven't had any noticeable encounters. They have a great selection and are always rotating out new books. However, after my visit tonight, I will not be going back. The customer service tends to be mediocre but I was completely appalled at the service that I received. I had visited this location to pick up a gift and was browsing through the selection when I noticed that the only employee in the store had left the register and was walking around. This isn't anything unusual until I noticed that I she had passed my partner and I multiple times in a short period of time. I've been in the Baltimore County area for several years and have NEVER seen such a blatant show of profiling. She stood behind bookshelves peeking over at my partner and I, and sneakily followed and stared at us from one end of the store to the other. I wear hijab and my partner is Black, so both of us are very conscious of how we might be perceived in public spaces but I would have thought that I would have been able to trust the inclusive environment that Barnes and Noble promotes itself to be. Very unfortunate that we were regarded so inappropriately. Will not be supporting this location with my business again.

Cramped, small, no cafe, little seating. Doesn’t feel anything like a Barnes and Noble feels more like the book section at Target or Walmart.

I thought B&N had went away forever but discovered they're now within the same shopping center area as Trader Joe's. The inside was clean and a bit of a task to navigate if you've never been there before. I was able to find the novel was I looking for but also saw that they are now selling way more non-book related items which I guess could be a good thing or bad thing. I like that they have a rewards program now, I am not at a place where I'd seriously consider the investment but it's something I may consider down the road. Customer service was great as I made my purchase. I'd visit again, although I would utilize the app first to make sure what I would like is in stock.
