“Latoya, is an awesome employee ! I went to the branch on Owens Mills, and I was turned away from cashing a check that was in my minor son‘s name who is two years old. I called the location on Pikesville and talked to this young lady, and she said I could come to her location I cash my check. This was my rent money. I truly appreciate this woman.”

“Although I am not a customer, I went into the PNC branch in Pikesville, MD in order to get a document notarized. I met with the branch manager, James David. Although I told him I was not a PNC customer, he graciously agreed to notarize my document and refused to accept payment for the service.”
