“It's a very quiet neighborhood with some nice scenic views. The process for approval went smoother than I anticipated and moving in was a breeze with the knowledgeable staff. I think one of the best things about this complex is the design and layout of the apartment themselves - it's practical and there's so much you can do with the space you're given. Not only that, but it's quaint and cozy.”
“What a TREAT VALENE was!!!! She did an excellent job showing me and my sister several apartments types, she explained everything thoroughly and she’s super friendly. You can tell she loves her job, she’s so kind and sweet, I’m still looking but if I was to rent from here it would be because of VALENE! Thank you so much VALENE. God bless you ❤️❤️❤️❤️”

Living here has been great.
With any place there have been problems but they have been resolved.
This is really all due to the property manager Nikki and Maintenance Manager Donte. They keep things running smoothly and it makes living here very very comfortable.”

This should have been done week's ago.
I wanna give a shout out to the ladies in the front office.
We've been having issues with our Apt for sometime now and its taking longer then normal to resolve them. They are done now, however- thru my rants, they stayed poised & professional.
They were maintenance problems so it really had nothing to do with them.
There is an emergency phone line & a portal to put in request. So, I went in on the portal, I sent emails, I made calls
I'll say--I can be a lil impatient when it comes to things being done; especially when it deals with cleanliness--- my OCD is serious. But kudos to You All, Ladies.

“Briarcliff Apartments East is a great apartment complex. It is very well managed, meaning the mgmt office is responsive, the maintenance is top-notch, and the grounds are well-kept. I also really like that it has concrete block construction, so it is much quieter than most apartments and is also fire-resistant. Oh, and my apartment itself is very clean and comfortable.”
“If you’re looking for modern, upscale living in Baltimore, Anthem House delivers. The amenities are top-notch—think a rooftop pool with killer views, a solid gym, and sleek lounges perfect for work or chilling. The apartments? Bright, clean, and stylish, with big windows that bring in all the light and finishes that feel fancy without being over the top.
Location? Locust Point is unbeatable—walk to groceries, bars, and the waterfront. It’s city living with a neighborhood vibe. Downsides? Rent’s on the pricier side, parking can feel steep, and you might catch a little city noise here and there.
Still, for the views, vibe, and convenience? 4/5 stars. Anthem House knows what’s up.”
“Nice community. Management provides good customer service. Maintenance handles service calls promptly. Only issue is my neighbors above me. The noise disruption from the neighbors above me is terrible and making me seriously considering moving. I’ve complained too many times for no change. Oh and the pool is a baby pool. Too small to do anything.”

“Renew Mt. Vernon is a nice building with a great view of downtown, you can even see the Washington Monument!

“This is a great place to live! Yes, there a few people who have had a rough time here i know, but you will not find a better property management team than at The Apartments at Saddle Brooke. These folks really care about their tenants and try to resolve problems as quickly as possible. I believe you will not find a better place to rent an apartment in Cockeysville.”
“I'm leaving this from a private account because I don't want to be reached out to... It's just after reading through some of the other reviews, I wanted to give my honest and unbiased opinion as a tenant who has been here for a few years now and has seen the change in management. There definitely has been a little bit of turnover in the last few months, the old manager and leasing team seemed a bit all over the place and unsure/overwhelmed with a lot of broken promises, I will be honest. However, there is an entirely new staff downstairs who I have gone down and met and after speaking with them have been doing their job for a while now and you can tell they genuinely care about cleaning up the mess that was left before them. I don't think it's fair for them to be shamed for things they have no control over due to the poor management before them. I've seen the package room cleaned and have apartment numbers written on it for organization. The new leasing member, Trinity, has quite literally pulled out every single package out of the lockers just to find one for me due to Amazon's carelessness. She and her colleague also always speak when I walk by and are extremely friendly. Please take note that I truly don't believe the poor reviews reflect the new team here. I had an issue where the old manager never posted my $500 credit for a referral I gave, went down to the office and it was resolved that same day. I plan to renew my lease when it's up in May with the added trust and kindness of the new team and encourage you to keep this in mind when reading through the reviews.”
“Everyone in the leasing office is so nice that they help us a lot! I’m glad to meet Tedsa, Justin, Keycia . Their service is always prompt and thorough. Especially Justin helps me and my roommate on Aug 22, the first day we came carlyle and inquired about the availability. We made friends with Tedsa, who is really kind and helpful! Keycia also have took her time to lead me to get some tissue in social lounge. We had a really joyful time with them!! Highly recommended Carlyle Apartment!!!!”
“John aka “jack” is the best maintenance man we’ve had!! He is always so friendly and especially gentle and friendly with my dog which is very important seeing she is skeptical of most men and he comes and goes to fix things in our home. I recommend Topfield for anyone who is interested in living in a quiet apartment complex close to nature. Very dog friendly. Ps chanteria is also really great!!”

“I initially faced some pest issues with subletting when I first moved in, but Gabby from the leasing office has been very supportive. She’s helping me transfer to a new room, even taking the time to walk through it with me to make sure everything is in order. Gabby is incredibly open in her communication, which is making the whole process smoother, and she brings a positive vibe to the entire community. The staff here are responsive and are making the process easier for me. The neighborhood feels safe, and if you’re studying at Homewood, this place is worth considering.”

“My experience at My. Washington Seminole apts had its ups and downs trying to get maintenance done and getting thru to the office. However, working with Mona was very interactive and helpful. Mona worked with me tiny try and get relocated within the community but eventually it seemed better to relocate to a bldg with an elevator and senior activities. Due to decisions taking longer than anticipated, it became a time crunch to get moved out. Mona is very pleasant to work with.”
