This practice is horrific! They rarely if ever answer the phones even after being on hold for long periods of time. The doctors and nurse practitioners are frequently changing, so there isn't a chance to develop a relationship with a primary care provider. The billing office is abysmal as well. I have absolutely nothing positive to say about this practice except that the location is close to my home!

I'm super unhappy with the fact that because my primary care physician is leaving that I'm told to gtfo basically.Telling me "well, this other office can take you" with no apologiesThis not a good solution. There are reasons some of us go to a specific location such as the commute or distance from house/office.However, upon review of the doctors that still work there...it makes me think this branch is in trouble.I'm hoping my file can transmit somewhere else as this type of behavior is rather unethical, imho.

We have been patients of this practice since 1982. My parents were kicked out when Dr. Sanzaro retired. We were kicked out when Dr Cao left. The service is abysmal. Patients went from people who were cared for to file folders in a door to be processed. Don’t go here for care, you won’t get it.

I have been seeing practitioners here for about 8 years. In the last few years all of the doctors I have worked with have been unresponsive, dismissive, inconsiderate, and impossible to schedule appointments with. It should not take 6 months to get an appointment with your doctor. Reception is hit or miss, some of the ladies there are wonderful, others are rude. I do not plan on returning to this practice anytime soon.

The office personnel at GBMC Hunt Manor are very rude and treat patients with disrespect. They interrupt while you are talking and do not let you finish speaking. I do not know what happened with the service that was once received from this medical office. They need to hire employees that have a bit more compassion and actually want o help the patient.

I are been with GBMC Hunt Manor for more than 15 years. I always was able to either speak with my Doctor if not immediately, at least by the end of the day. I understand the demands of Physicians, but in the least a Receptionist would readily answer the phone to assist with a particular question, or refill a simple prescription.Well this has drastically changed since COVID, which I can even understand that calls increased, and video conferencing that took a hold of most Medical Practices. A sad fact, but more on that later. The main reason I am posting is that NO ONE answers the phone to even begin a process of getting a message to my Doctor. This is UNCONSCIONABLE! I have literally sat on the phone, listening to the same horrible music for minimally an hour, and many times much more than that! When you finally do reach a person, they usually “mistakenly” disconnect or worse act like they are doing you a huge favor. Sometimes, when you do get them for more than a minute, the message to the Doctor is expressed incorrectly, and the whole nightmare starts over again. All I ever need is a prescription refill that must be written by my Doctor each month.. It has gotten so bad, that my latest option is to drive 16 miles, and speak to someone at the desk. Even that doesn’t seem to work, since last time my interaction with people at front desk was humiliating, insensitive, and extremely unprofessional. My only choice is to leave this Office, and do the research to find a practice that at least answers the phone. I really don’t ask for much, but to know you can get through to your Physician if a true emergency occurs, at least not having to sit on hold for hours on end only to find no one gives a darn.

Been a patient here for 25 years yet it is impossible to get an appointment these days- Stay away!!! They cancel my appts 12 hours before and reschedule 6 weeks later to cancel again. Severe staffing issues. First Dr. retired, second Dr. passed away- current Dr. on medical leave indefinitely. Unable to get appt with any Dr. these days. Then I receive a letter saying I missed appointments- Severe management issues at this location.

Excellent Doctors. I have been a patient for now about 45 years. I became a patient of Dr. Sanzaro when Dr. Sanzaro and the late Dr. Hepner opened the medical practice across the street from the current location. The practice had grown over the years but the care is excellent. I have been a patient over the years and seen various Doctors. I currently am a patient of Dr Cao now I think for over 10 years. Dr. Cao is an excellent doctor with excellent bedside manners and is very informative and caring and dedicated to the health and well being if her patient. GBMC at Hunt Manor has grown and expanded well keeping up with the changes and the technology of medical care. I travel 20 miles to continue my health care with the practice where before I only had to travel 4 miles. ???️

Samantha Boellner (Mom as I call her) has always been very loving and caring. I look forward to our conversations and joking around. I also love some of the motorcycle riding staff members, those women are great! ❤

I had blood tests as part of my physical and it took almost 4 weeks for my doctor to message me (not even call) about my abnormal results. Luckily in the meantime I happened to see another doctor (not at GBMC hunt manor) who was extremely concerned about my results and ordered more tests and put me on a treatment plan.I have expressed concern for symptoms to doctors here and been ignored and belittled over and over again because I appear to be a young and healthy woman. I went to other doctors (not at GBMC hunt manor) where I was finally heard and given the tests that showed abnormalities in my results (more than once!!).My primary care doctor was switched here years ago without any warning and they refused to switch back because my original was not “taking new patients”.I called after-hours for concerns that I had a medical emergency and before even explaining my symptoms to the doctor they scolded me and told me the line was for emergencies only. It was extremely hurtful, unprofessional, and rude. This was the last straw.I have had so many bad experiences here with multiples doctors/ PAs. I do not feel heard or respected here. My pain, symptoms, and health concerns are real and it is pathetic that these physicians are not acting like this is the case. I will continue advocating for myself but am done with this facility.

I am not an easy person to get to make a doctor’s appointment for whatever reason.I have not hesitated making any needed appointments since I met Samantha Boellner. She is very relatable, empathetic and thorough. I have recommended her to everyone that I know in need of a PCP, including my daughters!

If I could give less than one star I would. I followed my doctor because she's exceptional and I love her. However Some of the women In the office are rude and unprofessional. Defintely need different careers. From the way they communicate to hanging up in patients ear when they feel so, to yelling and screaming and being unaccomdating. They have no control over their behavior. The manager made an excuse for the one Savanah who not only lied about my prescription but was refusing to send in the request. Even lied and said I yelled at her which Is a terrible reason to justify your behavior and all around the board isn't true.. (Anyone who knows me will vouch even when frustrated I wouldnt raise my voice)I need my inhaler for my servere asthma . I could die without it. Dawn im guessing is her best friend and rude . Had an audacity to tell me I can't choose where I want to be seen and i need to be grateful for what they are willing to give me . After I repeatedly told her my job will not let me schedule sudden appointments. Only thing nice I have to say about this location is of course my doctor is amazing and Lisa and Brandon deserve a promotion and well needed vacation. They are above and beyond and did all they could to help me. It is very sad that I've been with GBMC for three years and now I don't even know if I want to stay because of the way this location treat patients. I will also go to GBMC higher location to speak with someone about this office seeing the many displeased people who had to go through this as well.

Our family has been going here for 3-4 years and have always been extremely happy. Over the last year I’m not sure what has happened but they are completely disorganized to the point where the phones literally don’t work. I’ve had to drive to the office to make an appointment or get normal prescription refills. Our great primary care Dr passed away recently and it’s gotten even worse. I do like everyone at the location and I’m not sure if this is a result of GBMC in general neglecting the office and staff and patients. My husband left months ago and as of tonight I’m leaving.
