“I got an MSI done here so that I can transfer my tags to MD, the mechanic by my house does not do state inspections so I went to the next closest place. Car failed and I gave them the go ahead to fix things necessary, unfortunately something was incorrectly fixed at the end of it and so I got it fixed elsewhere because I needed to drive a safe car and was worried that something else would go wrong. Crouch owners had reached out and inquired about my experience both personally and mechanically and offered to reimburse the new work I had to get done after talking to him (which they did). They also did make me aware if something had been wrong there is a warranty to come back if I heard them right. Although my experience was not completely smooth sailing Dale and Joanas service recovery was commendable and welcomed me back for any work if I ever decided to come back.”

“I never left a review of this place but I definitely should have before! My truck started leaking coolant like crazy a couple miles down the road, and I brought it there to check it out. They decided it needed a new hose, so they ran all the way down to Baltimore and picked up a coolant hose and had it on the truck within 2 hours. Also very reasonably priced. I wish repair shops like this were located everywhere, since this was a great experience. If I ever find myself needing work in the area I’ll definitely make my way over!”
“Been having my cars serviced at Crouch Automotive for years. The employees are always respectful and friendly. Tina at Conowingo treats you like family. The owner has helped me out immediately whenever I've had a vehicle crisis. Prices are fair. They have gone above and beyond on more than one occasion. I have several automotive repair shops closer to me but I'll drive farther to Crouch's because they've never let me down. Highly recommended.”

Very open and honest team about price line for interior and exterior detailing. Which I find is rare / hard to come by.
The team did a suburb job both with the interior and exterior of my car.
I have a 4 year old wrap, that has built up a black/dark smudge material that seemed to be embedded in the wrap after 4 years of being on the car. I’ve *never* been able to pull that discoloration out - but they pulled ALL OF IT out - even where I was rear ended and it was truly stuck in the wrap.
They were absolutely amazing, point blank.”

Used tire 11R drive with good tread and labor 400$(just inspect it before installing, they have options to choose from), new tire 550+ installation. Better used tire than retreaded . TA asked me 680 +labor for new tire... So it's about what you comparing to”
“Listen I am not one to speak or give reviews unless my experience called for it ,when I do they are either really good or really bad . Which means they have or have not exceeded my expectations .Mr Tire employees all of them work together as a team and their focus is the customer . I really appreciate all they do for me . I have noticed that Mr Tire companies have gotten some bad reviews ,Well in Aberdeen that is not the case . I could continue to tell people but the choice is obviously yours . “My partner, dog and I were driving on I-95N when we got a flat. When we got to Firestone, the techs had my vehicle in the garage in no time. Unfortunately, the tire could not be patched, and a tire that fit my car was not available until after the holiday weekend. However, James and the amazing folks at Firestone literally bent over backward to get us a tire to get us back home to Pennsylvania. Not only that, but they were kind enough to let us stay in the waiting room with our dog during one of the hottest days of the year. I can honestly say that we were extremely lucky, and extremely grateful, to come across a shop full of the kindest, most generous folks around. The experience was the epitome of top-notch customer service. If I lived in the area I happily would go here for regular service and maintenance.”
