NEVER NEVER NEVER go here. I feel like I was robbed. Rude woman gave me a price to alter my daughters prom dress which was expensive then charged my $100 more than the already overpriced quote! $250 to hem a dress!!!! When I complained she did nothing. I will not give them another dime. They don't deserve to have a business where they steal from people.

I took in two coats to have the zippers replaced. Sun was able to fix my zippers without replacing them, and she didn't want any payment for the service. Of course I tipped her. She was so kind!Service: Clothing alterations & repairs

I will finally never go back. Absolutely terrible experience. I went in two weeks ago to get some full alterations on one single pair of suit pants. That's it. I go in today to pick them up and, as I go to pay, I asked to try them on, just in case. They are still about 4 inches too long and as big around in the seat and legs as they were before. I had asked to have them fully altered to fit, which was over 40 bucks since I guess they need a lot of work.I very clearly got back the same pair of pants I dropped off. Mistakes happen, so I ask them to hem and take the legs in like we talked about. The owner wants to charge me MORE, another 13 dollars to do what we already talked about which wasn't done the first time. With the extra (which I told her to forget, not paying you again for what you forgot to do) it would have been over 55 dollars to alter one single pair of pants that wasn't done correctly the first time at the agreed price. Will never be back, and unless you're looking for a big 'ol clown suit, I suggest you don't either.

If I could give it less I would. A horrible mean little troll of a woman runs the cleaners. I was going for years and took a BRAND NEW blanket to be dry cleaned. I went to pick it up after I left it like all my previous blankets (which are very expensive to have dry cleaned)and was handed back a stained almost burnt looking blanket, the spot resembled her clothes/blanket press that they use to iron clothes. I let her know there was nothing on it when it was brought to her. Instead of her acknowledging that it was remotely her fault she proceeded to go off on me like a crazy person and threw my expensive WHITE blanket on the ground stating that's what all her customers say. I stated I wasn't all her customers and it was brand new. I actually couldn't believe she actually threw it on the ground. I had never seen a person that was an adult act so horribly to a long time customer. I was so in shock that I just walked out. Seven months later she sent me a text message and told me it was ready to pick it up. I asked my husband to pick it up because I still don't want anything to do with her or her business ever again. My husband let me know that she told him that I have a temper. I absolutely can not believe that she has/had the nerve to say that. I would not recommend going there. Very very overpriced and terrible customer service. Not worth the time or money, take the extra minutes and drive to North East or anywhere else in Cecil or Harford County. I'm just still in shock!

Convenient location. Dry cleaning is excellent and very professional. Ms. Sun and staff are very courteous and polite. Excellent turn around time on receiving the garments. Would recommend to everyone.
