“Fast, easy, efficient, friendly. And the facility is extremely clean! Customer Service is beyond helpful and NICE. I've had a unit at the North Wales facility for a few years and the facility is just as clean and well maintained now - if not moreso with some exterior upgrades - as it was when I got my storage unit. Good security measures. And the climate control factor is a HUGE bonus that other storage facilities don't have or that charge "extra" for! Vault rates are very very reasonable. And I love prepaying for a year and getting an additional month FREE!”

“This storage facility was the first I’ve ever used and it was such a breeze! The two women I worked with to rent the space were very helpful and quick, they knew what they were doing and were able to answer all my questions. They were also flexible with my needs for the size of the storage space which I really appreciated. The space itself was very clean and well maintained. They also have multiple large/long dollys which were super helpful for moving my things. I brought my own lock for my storage unit, but they sell locks as well as packing supplies, and overall the facility also felt safe and secure. I would definitely recommend using this location!”

“Had a very good experience with this company and the crew they sent out. Very professional and hard working. I never felt like they were rushing and they took care of our stuff too. We had a treadmill that was unable to fit down to the basement and the company arranged for a contractor to come out disassemble and move it to the correct area. Definitely would recommend to people in the Delmarva area.”
