So my fiancé and I are pissed. We are on the way to work and needed gas and something to start our day, we had just enough time to do what we needed but the lady that was in the front supposed to be helping she was taking her time messing with a self checkout.. I get it but you had a line building behind us and another coworker was behind the food area asking if she needed help and she straight up said NO well I’m sorry but no if you have a line and people need to get to work on time ask for the damn help. I was a manager in lion express and we never let a line build and not ask for help. And yes we left our stuff that we did not purchase on the counter because we needed our stuff and gas so we could get to work. Not the first time I’ve had to deal with the same lady taking so long to get things done before helping the customers. If you need to do something which is causing you to not get to your customers fast enough then wait till you can or ask for help it’s not hard.

I had a rather horrible person follow me through the store, all but climbing into my arms for me to carry. Then get to the register and asks if I’ve rung up all the items she can see. I paid then handed her the receipt and asked if she knew how to read. I let her look it over then I walked out. I won’t be back

I need to change my reading because honestly I go there every day and they're the most kindest nicest people I really like the store I live closest to in the manager there is amazing he's great with people he'll help you out anyway he can. I really hope he don't go nowhere!

Spent 34 dollars in this store. Asked for a pack of barbecue sauce for eight chicken sliders. I gues 2 for 6 dollars doesn’t entitle a customer to anything but rude service. Never again.

Rude employees look at you as if you were going to order and not buy, the bread was bad with mold, they had changed the expiration date, I will definitely not return to this place

Went late night and the chicken was very dry and not worth eating. I’ve never been this disappointed at a royal farms. Extra star is for friendly staff.
