Showed up 30 mins prior to my pickup appointment, put me right on a door. Loaded and sealed up within 2 hours. Precool your trailer. They let you stay and sleep but must be gone when they lock the gate for the night. Friendly staff.

My appointement was at 4PM and i checked in at 9AM. My load was unloaded quickly . Their staff is also good??!!

We arrived here overnight and we parked at the gates; enough room for about 6 trucks I’m guessing. The website says they open at 7 a.m but they will let u in at 6a.m. Although our appointment wasn’t until 3p.m, they checked us in anyways and we parked inside the gate until they worked us in. The guy at check in was very friendly and courteous. There’s plenty of space to maneuver and it wasn’t a bunch of trucks crowded into appointment times ( like some wild zoo ). I give it a thumbs up and I’d come again.

Love coming here ON/P? vending and restroom during open hours. They open at 0600. Bring D/L to check in they give you a door to park in front of. You don’t break seal. When they’re ready yard dog will break your seal and tell you to open your doors and back in. They took me early both times I came. Very early the 2nd time.

Nice place with plenty of room to back.I got a door soon as I checked in and was loaded with paperwork in hand about 1 hour.Friendly people to deal with.maybe overnight oarking

Avoid this cold storage!!! Probably the worst place I've had to make a delivery! The office staff is extremely rude and lazy, especially the management! No respect towards drivers whatsoever!! Long story short, because I was late a little over 60 min, due to a snow storm, they made me wait 3 days, and charge me $500!? There is no such thing as late fees price list, so if you arrive more than 30 min past your appointment, they don't care what's the reason, they will fine your a$$, whatever amount they feel like it! I dared to confront the employees in the office, and the only explanation I got was that, they couldn't get in touch with the broker, so I have to get punished for it, even though I had no control over any of the broker's communication channels. After finally I got unloaded and left peacefully, some mentally challenged individual, likely from the same office management, called the trucking company (owned by me), to let them know, that I'm no longer "welcomed" at this facility... Absolutely pathetic! It's not like after the way I was treated, I am dying to make more deliveries at this place again anyway. For me that was the first and the last time and I hope more drivers will do the same...

They can work you early 2+ hours before appointment, very nice people, good space to back and maneuver, up from the building you can probably park couple trucks if don’t want arrived to early but(they will check you in very early ) Average loading time

The charge you late fees even if their broker gave your load confirmation late. Ridiculous money charge for 2 hours almost 225 dollars.

Got there 3 hrs early, got unloaded and left 1 hr before my appointment time. And my load was floor loaded.
