I've banked with this branch since 2005/2006 and I've got say, I've been treated with the utmost professionalism and courtesy you could ever imagine. Teresa's team are, in my opinion, a direct reflection of their leadership. In this case, exceptional. Whenever I call or stop in via the drive thru, they greet me with excitement and enthusiasm every time. It is so refreshing to do business with a team of people that treat me as a person and not just another account. Before COVID, when I would have to go inside to conduct business, there's always a friendly warmth in the atmosphere. Just wanted share my experience with the staff and leadership of Howard Bank in Aberdeen.”

“I have been doing business with Cecil Bank for several decades, without a single problem. Every person, from the manager to the drive-thru teller, strives to maintain excellent customer service. Although I've moved out of state, I remain a faithful customer, as their service cannot be matched. There's always the occasional bump in the road of life. But, the negative comments targeting " the ladies" of the bank are inconsistent with the truth, misogynistic, and lack emotional maturity. Thank you, Cecil Bank, for helping me, someone without much money, as though my concerns & related business were of the utmost importance. “This particular bank has the most amazing customer service representative ever! Im not a PNC customer but I got an auto loan at a dealership with them. The company's general telephone service reps aren't quite as helpful though but Samantha was! I walked into this bank after reading all the good reviews and she assisted me above and beyond what she had to-to locate a refund from the auto company that had been applied to a different account. I would definitely recommend this bank for people like her that work there!”

“My husband and i had such a great experience at the Aberdeen Branch. We are newlyweds and learning a lot as we go. We met with Nicholai to set up a joint account and open Secure Credit Cards. He was absolutely fantastic to work with. He took the time to explain everything we qustioned. Its rare to have someone care enough to help you understand when you're new to almost everything! Nicholai was so professional and personable, it made the whole process much less overwhelming.”

As far as tellers, I did not find them to be especially friendly, and there are often only two tellers along with long lines. Perhaps that is part of the big picture as to why this branch receives such bad reviews. Today I actually reached Summer by phone, what a pleasant person! This is a big step in the right direction. BOA Aberdeen needed the extra help, especially a friendly, caring person like Summer.”
