Do not send your child here. Yesterday, I picked my 3 year old daughter up from daycare around 6pm. Upon returning home, she showed me her hair and almost her entire braid was pulled out. I called the daycare immediately at 6:15pm and spoke to the director who stated “I don’t know what happened. No one told me anything. .” This is the fifth incident in a year where my child has been a victim of neglect where someone either didn’t know what happened or even it when it was too late. Once she ingested fish which she is allergic to, the second someone bit her finger, the third someone pulled dirt all over her to the point that she looked gray when I picked her up. At no instance was medical attention sought and I was notified either a day later, that evening upon pick up or not at all. In one instance the assistant director told me she called with an incident but my voicemail immediately came one. Way prior to that time I told them I worked as a therapist and I had to devices to be reached at and they had both numbers at the time of this incident. When asked why she didn’t try the other number, she denied having it. However, upon pick up that evening she provided me with the sheet I filled out at the time of my daughter’s registration, which had both numbers, to confirm the numbers on file. At which time I stated, I thought you only had one number to which she apologized. One time I went to get my child from the playground and no one could find her! Today was my last straw. I’m a single mom and full time business owner and depend on daycare for childcare. Despite the neglect, numerous times they’ve closed early, opened late or closed her classroom completely with little to no notice. I believe the center is too overpopulated for the current staff which leads to neglect and lack of care. They are allowing a child with severe behavioral issues to run rampant on the 3 year old room with no action being done. The director basically told me that my child, who’s black, can leave. But the little boy, who’s white can stay with no repercussions. He has autism and behavioral issues and needs to be in an inclusion center but nothing is being done.

My friends daughter has been bullied on multiple occasions. The issues and incidents have been reported multiple times and have not been properly addressed. The staff needs to be better trained in this area to keep all children safe. I would not recommend sending your or my child to this facility.

I tried my very best with this daycare. But do not send your child here. Yesterday, I picked my 3 year old daughter up from daycare around 6pm. We couldn't be happier with our experience at KinderCare. After a previous daycare experience that left us feeling quite disappointed, we were apprehensive, but from day one, KinderCare has exceeded our expectations in every way.One of the standout features for us is their exceptional communication with parents. Their user-friendly app allows us to stay connected throughout the day, providing us with peace of mind. We receive real-time updates, including adorable pictures of our sweet girl, as well as detailed information about her feedings, naps, and diaper changes. This level of transparency is truly appreciated. The care and attention our daughter receives is exceptional. The staff goes above and beyond to engage her in various activities that are not only fun but also crucial for her development. We've seen her skills flourish, thanks to the nurturing environment they provide. In summary, KinderCare is nothing short of amazing. Our daughter's improved mood and developmental progress are a testament to the outstanding care and commitment they offer. We feel fortunate to have found such a caring and dedicated daycare for our child.

By far the BEST preschool/daycare ever! After having a horrible experience at a different daycare (not associated with KinderCare), we found this amazing place that my kids love and look forward to going to everyday. The director Kortney and asst director Savannah are truly wonderful. During my tour, they answered all my questions, were very comforting at the fact that my kids would take some time to adjust and gave me all the information needed ahead of time to get them settled in their classrooms. The teachers are simply amazing, my kids are with Ms. Amber, Ms. Caitlin attend to the 2’s classroom and Ms. Sam is in the 3’s classroom they are constantly communicating with us letting us know what the kids are up to, daily activities, we get pictures, nap time, potty training, etc. It’s everything you could ever want && more in a school. Beyond grateful to have found such an incredible place with such great people ❤️

My infant and preschooler goes here. I love it! My preschooler transitioned from another school and they did everything in their reach to help her adjust. They communiticate well, they seem to actually care and love on the children like family and they work well with children and parent needs, its doesnt seem like just a job for them. They come up with creative ways to engage the kids in learning and life, even the babies. They also provides meals, and healthy ones at that. In addition the KC app helps rid of some of the wotking mom guilt. You get continious updates and photos through out the day.

I love this Daycare, I have worked at multiple daycare’s where the Director’s and assistant Director’s where very mean and unprofessional to their employees and parents. This is the best daycare center I’ve ever worked at Kortney DeBonis and Lindsey are the best!. They care about their employees and parents. I would definitely recommend my friends and family about this daycare.

The staff do not pay attention to the kids. My son comes home every day with a mark from a bite or a scratch from other kids. The staff do not care or take any steps to correct this and blame by son when I bring my concerns to them. When they say they will look into it and call, they never do. These are visible marks. I can't imagine what else goes on at this daycare that is not apparent to parents. One of the teachers that I've noticed, Ms. Lindsey, is not patient with the kids and seems flustered when the children are crying or misbehaving. These are toddlers. They are going to cry and misbehave. The teacher has to learn how to reach each child. One size does not fit all.

The staff is very friendly and kind. We've been teaching my son sign language to help with his frustration and not being able to verbally commuicate yet. The staff was enthusiastic and quick to help us teach him. He's doing much better. I also really appreciate that they provide food, one less thing for us to prepare or stress over.

My family could not be happier with our Kindercare experience. My son had a great experience in all of his classrooms and truly loved all of his teachers, especially Ms. Lindsay and Ms. Kelly ( even asks for them until this day). Ms. Lindsay went above and beyond and would even check on him after he transitioned to his next classroom to make sure he was comfortable and well adjusted. We have also received such love and support from the people who run the office - Ms. Kortney, Ms. Brianna and her team are outstanding. We truly miss being there.

KInderCare WhiteMarsh is by far the best childcare learning center around. My son is 15 months old and has attended KC since he was 12 weeks old. I could not imagine having him anywhere else and believe me when deciding where to place my newborn son, I checked every center within a 10 mile radius. The moment I walked into KC and saw a clean, warm, inviting center, where all the children were laughing and pIaying, I knew I wanted him there. The teachers are so loving and kind to the children, they care for them as if they are their own. As a newborn, Ms. Sam and Ms. Erin were always on the floor, cuddling with my son, singing and reading to him. Unlike other centers that simply put the babies in bouncers or cribs all day. Now that he is a toddler, they are always doing fun art crafts, playing outside on nice days, singing songs, reading books. I see his increasing development every day and I couldn't be prouder. The best part is my son is excited every day to go there. He doesn't hesitate to go right to them every morning and gets a big smile when we pull up. As a working mother it is so difficult to be away from him, but KCs app makes my days so much better. They are always posting pics and telling me what he is doing in real time. I highly recommend KC and we will be there for years to come. Ms. Kortney, Ms. Breanna and Ms. Lindsey are always available to speak with you and address any concerns you may have immediately. So, if you are in the White Marsh/ Perry Hall area, there really is no better place to be.

Love Kindecare Whiremarsh. They truly work with the parents/student needs and keep the parents abreast of the kds needs. My 5 yr old daughter loved their summer field trips last year and she enjoys playtime and activities during after school care. They have a great management team and so far they have handled any of the usual kid/kid interaction pretty well.I would recommend them for daycare or after car..they even have a bus for after achool pick up. A hidden gem of a Daycare. Most of the teachers have been there a long time and they truly care for my child each day.
