I am a delivery driver and I claimed an offer on upside for this gas station of 25 cents per gallon... So I drove 8 mi to get to this gas station cuz I figured it was worth it... According to upside this gas station is 24 hours so I drove there at 2:00 a.m. just to find out they were closed.... Then I looked at their hours on Google and found out they opened at 5:00 so I went home and waited a couple hours and drove back there again just for them to be closed still at 5:30 a.m.!!!!! What a complete waste of my time and gas.... Extremely unprofessional

I also had mycredit hacked at this Shell Station. The following month it was hecked a the Fallston Station. Reported to my credit card company and they are making me pay for charges that I never made.

Fair pricing and clean station but card got hacked on pump 8 not sure how id be careful here. Well went back and happened again watched guy sit along side building walk over after i was done slide in a card and walk away sure enough fraud charge in my account. Went inside notified women sitting in chair not paying or caring what is happening outside police where notified im will never return as owners clearly dont care !!!

Card was somehow hacked on Pump 5 on 1/21/22. Fraudulent transaction happened immediately after I left. Reported it to my bank. From another recent review, looks like it is still happening with nothing being done. Beware of this location.

This place has horrible service. I went to put air in my tires and the women working was very unhelpful. I told her the machine was broke and took my money. She did nothing but yell and create more confusion. You should fix your machine and put proper instructions to better assist customers. Will never return to this establishment. Not recommend for service of any kind.

This station is in a convenient location to our residence. However, the operators do not seem to take pride in their station. The pumps are dirty. There are never any windshield washer supplies at the pumps. Metal at the pump islands is rusting and needs fresh paint. I guess Shell Oil has no standards for their franchisees or the standards are not enforced.

This station is in a convenient location to our residence. However, the operators do not seem to take pride in their station. The pumps are dirty. I guess Shell Oil has no standards for their franchisees or the standards are not enforced.

Cheaper than the other Shell on Belair Rd. Customer service is a little lost in translation though.
