“My mom and I had to go into the post office today to ship something. We both agreed that the person helping us was the nicest customer service personnel we've come across in a long time let alone at the post office. She was very pleasant and helpful. I accidentally used some kind of priority envelope that would have cost $27 and she switched it to the cheaper one we wanted quickly and without prompting which brought the price down to $6. My mom is doing the surgery on their receipt for her, but I wanted to post this one Google reviews as well since most people only take the time to review negative experiences although the exceptional ones should be noted as well.”

“Best post office around! Friendly and quick! I ship everything there and recently I went in to ship a package that was going to cost $75 and they helped me condense the package and got the shipping cost down to $22 saving me over $50!Every other post office I’ve been to the employees seem annoyed and you end up standing in line for 30 mins. but not here! “I purchased a shoe online on 1/19/24 , didn’t realize that it would be coming from overseas, i was able to track it from overseas to JFK to USPS distribution center in new york , track it leaving new york on 1/29/24 to baltimore, arrived Baltimore Distribution center on 1/30/24 , came home from work on 1/31/24 @ 5:00 pm my package was at my front door . “I only knock one star off because it's the USPS. It's not a fun experience dealing with them as a whole. All the other stars go to Monique. She is so efficient and polite. Usually postal service workers are angry and demeaning. Monique is such a star of the USPS. I'm always in and out quickly and she makes the experience so much better.”

“Good clean location. Note, this is a mini Post Office, no rental P.O. boxes, expect lines at the window--usually 1 or 2 employees work there, esp. during peak time.”
“There is a young man with a close shave that always goes above and beyond for me. He never makes a fuss about needing tape or spending extra time with you at the corner. If I see anyone else at the counter, I'll turnaround and come back another day.”

“First - this is the most trustworthy post office in Baltimore. When I drop off slim packages in the drop box out front - I trust they will be scanned and not stolen. I know that's a low bar for 5 stars but hey it's Baltimore, it doesn't take much to impress us.Second - Darlene is not that bad. If you think Darlene is bad, you don't know what bad is. Like I said, stealing is the norm at some offices. I trust her completely with my mail, and that's all I really want at the end of the day. Her being extremely blunt is better than raising her voice - or flat out refusing to cooperate, which I've seen happen at other locations.Third - there is a cool mural to look at inside. I've noticed a lack of diversity and inclusion in the vignettes - but you can't have it all in life. At least there is art.The only thing that sucks about this location is the parking. It's almost impossible to park around lunch time.This is a good post office and we need to appreciate locations that still function.”

“This post office is my local .It has GREATLY IMPROVED since last. year.They have improved service by adding agent to serve customers by adding a second agent. Their array of stamps and mailing supplies has greatly increased!Prior to this improvement, many times they would have NO STAMPS for sale, and the agent (she is no longer there) would loudly announce, "We have no stamps ."I am happy that service has greatly improved at the Waverley PO.”

“I just had a phenomenal experience with this location. Ms. Green was pleasant when answering the phone and the next young lady was even more helpful. I was notified of an undelivered package due to the apartment number missing from over a month ago. The sender did not receive the package either. I didn’t get the staff member name but she was persistent in locating my package and she did 20 minutes later ? The time didn’t matter, I was appreciative of the effort she put into resolving my issue. Thank you!!”

“I needed a key to the mailbox at my RV park. My new debit card had been mailed and everything was on hold until I got it. The letter carrier brought my mail and keys the same day. I am very grateful for the ladies that helped me.”
