My financial loan is held by Freedom Federal. I typically make my monthly payments through their iOS App. I encountered a problem this week and debated whether to contact the Credit Union since it was already 4pm and they closed at 5. However I decided to give them a call. To my relief, I was connected with Gia W from the Contact Center. Gia's exceptional customer service made the entire interaction feel incredibly personal. She attentively listened to my concerns and promptly devised an action plan to address my issue. I am immensely grateful that Gia W answered my call on 01/30/24, as her assistance has provided me with a positive experience with Freedom Federal Credit Union during what would’ve been a very stressful situation.

My log in chaos to my FFCU account was settle immediatelyby Quanisha. Her guidance was exhibited by her soft tone as she relayed to me step by step patience in delivery of the instructions that successfully allowed me service to my account. Seniors, such as me, usually do not receive the fine customer service that was delivered to me by Quanisha yesterday. I just had the best and friendly customer service from Gia; the Freedom App wasn’t working for me to make a transfer. Gia was so polite and patient and resolved my issue. It is so refreshing to talk to a customer service representative (Gia) who makes me feel like a valued customer. Kudos to Gia!!

Just open a new membership and added a CD. Worked with Hannah on both. She did a great job. She made everything so easy. Also the branch is right down the street. Rates are excellent.

I contacted Freedom today and spoke with Yennesia Miller. She provided me with exceptional service. She took the time to make sure I understood all my options. I even asked her to clarify one time twice. She was patient and broke everything down for me.I find it is rare to have the experience I had with her these days. She was helpful, empathic and knowledgeable.

Hannah Bennington and Andrea have been incredibly helpful and kind to me recently. They even went above and beyond their basic/normal duties and provided exceptional service by suggesting and volunteering to do extra things for me on top of what I expected. This all stemmed from an unfortunate experience I had where cards were stolen and then a replacement card that was sent to me was intercepted by a (presumably different) thief out of the mail! Although neither theft was Freedom's fault or Hannah or Andrea's problem, they were so sympathetic and helpful and kind when it came to helping me resolve things as easily and quickly as possible. I was very grateful - and impressed. They're both a credit to their employer and I hope they're recognized as such.
