Great location!I enjoy evening walks with the surrounding trees in the community. Makes great scenery!I also love hearing the planes fly daily into Pax River Naval Base.

If I could give lower I would. I suppose it doesn't matter if you call it liberty or lincoln it still the same shady people handling things. The only plus that maintenance was always nice. We moved into a dirty house where the carpet was very likely thrown on top of an old padding. I have carpet cleaned and treated the carpet because it stunk so badly it was unbearable. At move out I have given the place back absolutely clean and ready to go. Our military representative didn't show up for the final walk through which at the time didn't give too much thoughts about. We were told everything was clean and great job we are good to go no fees. Our mistake was that since they won't give you a copy of your final inspection but you must sign it it gives the inspector a chance to alter the paperwork after you have left. Do take a picture of it. Their rules says if there is anything to be paid it must be paid on the same day. We didn't have anything so to our biggest surprise after admin didn't put a stop to the full payment for the month found out we supposedly owe money for pet fee. We were not told about this so how did this happen. Don't even bother calling the office on pax river they are not allowed to comment on the situation ergo they are not responsible for the mess they create. I was told to call the costumer service which is west coast and of course they are not responsible for anything because they were not there but since I have my signature on it I must pay. I asked if I didn't pay anything on the same day when was this added because we had our final walk through and we were told no dues. According to her the inspector must have gone back for something and then added. I'm sorry? So why do we have a final al walk through? Not even talking about the inspector who is trying to be so cool is not ashamed to say things like" oh you can just eat the cost" I mean what kind of a representative says stuff like that. Seems like they just do whatever, whenever noone is responsible for anything you must pay whenever they add things to your check out sheet. This is disgusting how badly they just want to make money out of you. I wonder how many people have been blind sided like this. It is shameful how you treat our military families and blindsiding us . You will not provide any kind of pest control where there are dead mice in the alley ways which is nothing short of health hazards not to mention all the bugs. Shameful and absolutely disgusting.

Still loving it. A little expensive but the fact utilities are included and maintenance is exceptional I am very satisfied and accept the rent rate. I don't think I would find anything better within my budget in the area and am considering staying here and moving to a bigger unit instead of purchasing a house.

Glenn forest is old housing with many problems.mgmt/maintenance issues. I won't go into details bc i have high blood pressure.I give a two star bc I do feel safe.

I guess this is the only way that someone will get back to you regarding anything important. Have not received any information on our security deposit which was over 4k in well over a month. I emailed and they said I had to call customer care for any information regarding that. Well, go figure, customer care will not answer any time I call. Left a voicemail and leaving this review since no one will get back to us regarding our money they have. Also, Carpenter Park needs to be inspected by the health department. Absolutely disgusting, and infested with cockroaches, hence why we moved after 3 months. Yuck.

Hot GARBAGE! what they say and do is opposite of eachother! I’ve lived in three different communities and it’s not the communities that are bad.. it’s the people that can’t do their jobs. My first transfer on sites allotment was completely botched and after months on living there was told I owed a months rent. Communication was so bad my command had to get involved to figure out what was going on. They don’t communicate with or care about their service members! The one that really got me is now they’re trying to charge me for a trash service fee when a small box and baby gate couldn’t fit in the trash can.. trash is being taken out the next day. I called to get it waived.. was told manager would give me a call.. no call.. point is they do not help you out at all big or small.. they were supposed to make these things easy and all they do is make it much harder for us.

Shout out to Mr. Schwartz, Christopher. This was the worst PCS moved that I conducted and it was mostly due to COVID created this but Mr. Schwartz made our move from OCONUS to CONUS stress free. Love the postive energy you bring.

I'm PCSing back to PAX from Japan, and I can't even get in contact with them. Applied over a week ago via email and called numerous contact numbers today. Goes straight to voicemail. I'll change my rating when I get some proper customer service.

If I could go lower on the star rating, I would. They have such high turnover because it’s such a horrible place to work and the atmosphere is as well so that tells you a lot. What they do and say are totally different things. We had just things broken that never got fixed no matter how much we asked and bugged. Some houses had mold that they wouldn’t even acknowledge, ours did in the bathroom on the ceiling. These places are old or “historic“ as they say! And once they get you locked in, they raise the rent every time. It’s really not worth it. Of all the places they offer, I would say Carpenter Park is the worst. I can’t say this enough, don’t even consider it, just run.

I really like it. There is a very welcoming and friendly community especially for the children. I feel safe and I feel that my son is safe which makes me love it more. Love having the ability to walk my dogs on the side walk with the baby waving at your neighbors and the children running by

**BLUF - Never trust Lincoln Housing to care about their people, only the money you can pay them** I paid for my last months rent in with a money order, but somehow it never made it onto my transaction record with the housing office. When I discussed this with the Office Manager (Kim Spangler), refused to acknowledge that I had a conversation with the Assistant Office Manager (Tharcie Smith-Payne) approving this payment. The Assistant Manager magically doesn't remember this conversation despite the email proof she sent asking for approval from the district office. When I tried to handle this with them, they decided to send the account to collections and forget the point of customer service.

The Maintemance team is professional and courteous! The staff at the Housing Office staff are always pleasant and knowledgeable. The community grounds are well manicured and clean.
