“I used to go to good old days in Deale until Daniel retired. I had a great relationship with Daniel where I knew that if he told me I needed something then I needed it. I tried the place that went in after him and a few others in the area and never quite found a replacement.. until now. I was turned on to this place by a coworker and decided to give them a try. Since that first time I have been back two other times and each and every time the work has been done quickly, professionally, and cost-effective. What really is appreciative of this place is the fact that they support military and First Responders. This last time that I had to take my vehicle to them, I was fully expecting a thousand plus bill. They called me the next day and got my vehicle in and told me that the work that I fully thought was needed was actually just a minor noise. They could have easily told me that I needed something and I would have known no different. What that told me was these folks are honest people. I'm so glad that Dave turned me on to Lothian automotive. Definitely my go to mechanic from now on. I can trust them and fully expect any repairs that are needed to be done professionally. “I feel like I have finally found THE mechanic that I have so desperately needed. MH Car Care does the most complete and professional estimate before the work you approve needing done. I have received outstanding customer service and get the most thorough diagnostics, with details and pictures. And they got it done quickly, with quality parts. No corners were cut. And the information they email you of the diagnostics and needed repairs is fantastic. They are extremely transparent with what needs to be done in the emails they send me. I get before and after pictures of all work. MH Car Care does this as part of their service. I have had to beg other mechics do do the same. Finally, a mechanic I feel confident and comfortable going to.
They even snapped together hard to reach parts for me so I did have to be laying in my gravel driveway. And took the time to fix my air intake system by simply putting it together correctly, sealed properly and added all the missing clips the last four mechanic shops missed. Even after I specifically told them to check that exact situation. ?. And their shop is extremely well set-up and runs efficiently.”

“If you want an honest mechanic that goes above and beyond. High Tech (HT) 1.0 and 2.0 are where it is at. They are my regular go to when I can’t do the work myself (usually cuz I don’t have time) and I want quality work completed. No matter the issue they know ways to resolve it and make it run again or make it road worthy. Sad they are selling their shop but glad there is HT 2.0 when this one closes one day. Until then, they do it all and you will be pleased with the work. Try them out and enjoy having less issues with your car.”

“Discovered Joe Hudson's Collision Center when Travelers took over an accident claim. Talked to Lisa, she got the process started. Initiating the contract, assisted in working out issues between the tow truck company and the insurance company so they could even start work on the truck, to holding my hand through the entire stressful process. She was always very responsive, keeping me informed, answering all questions honestly, without any fluff. Everett, the estimator took over from there. Both the front end and the bed of our pickup truck was badly damaged. A couple replacement parts caused delays but Everett stayed focus until the job was done. The final result, our truck looks brand new. Five stars for the professional and friendly interaction between the customer (me) and the staff (Lisa and Everett). Excellent body work. Beautiful paint job. Highly recommend!”
