God bless these people!! I went here for the first time this week to get my suit jackets dry cleaned before a work trip. I misunderstood what they said about the pickup time, and I only realized my mistake 1 minute before they closed on Sat (and I will be leaving before they open next on Mon). The woman working there offered to keep the store open an extra 15min so I could come pick my jackets up. I would have been completely screwed if she hadn't done that. I'm so appreciative.

My traditional Trachten dress was ruined by the seamstress here. In my photos you can clearly see the old seam on the left side that she tried to claim she let out and it is impossible for her to misaligned that, nonetheless the dress was altered incorrectly. I complained through what I thought was a decent course of action to take it back and ask for them to fix it, she still didn't fix her mistake and she tried to blame the dress as in it came like that and that she let out the seam, but you can clearly see the old seam is still there and she cut the fabric at an unflattering angle. It resulted in very crooked shoulder seams and when I came back for a 3rd time to show her it still isn't right she refuses to own her mistake and I showed her the seems were wrong several times and she tried to blame the manufacturers and she showed me she lined it up on the outside arm holes and tried to get me to believe that she didn't cut it. She just let out a seem. I told her no you cut it from the beginning I can see the old seam. I was getting so emotional because even when faced with the problem she refused to take ownership and blamed me for coming back and asking them to fix one side. I asked because it was completely wrong from the beginning and she offered to fix it and said that she could fix it. After all that i went back to them again because I needed to cool down because she kept arguing like she did nothing and I said I am not happy with the quality and that now my dress is ruined and I want soem of my money back . She refused to give me any of my money back even though I paid her almost half of what the dress was originally worth to alter it. All I wanted was my money back because the dress is a loss to me for anything I would need to wear it for that is serious like a wedding or traditional dances. It's still amazing to me how people will wrong you even a customer and then not own up to their mistake. You can clearly see the cut she made and how uneven both sides are now. It can't be fixed now and I should never have taken my dress here.

I chose this place after reading their reviews. I’m glad that I did. I had waited until the last min to drop off dry cleaning for NYE. They were able to expedite my order so that I could pick up before the event we attended that evening. Awesome customer service!!

I had a blazer that was too wide in the torso area. I was thinking it would be too difficult to fix it but took it to Young's to see if anything can be done. Not only were they able to alter it to fit me but it may be the best fitting blazer I have now. I am very impressed with their expertise and strongly recommend them.

My son needed major alterations to his MCJROTC dress uniform. We were told Young’s was the place to go. The sleeves of the uniform were way too long. I have no idea how they did it, but the seamstress at Young’s worked her magic and the sleeves are perfect. You would never know she needed to take it in 5 inches. They also got the job done in time for the event. They get 5 stars from me for workmanship, customer service and turnaround time.

Young's Dry Cleaners is the place you need to go for alterations! I took my bridesmaids dress to be altered at a different dry cleaners and they did a horrible job. My mother in law told me about Young's and I took my dress to them the next morning. I told them what needed to be done and I needed my dress altered fast, as the wedding was in 5 days. They did an incredible job on my dress and in time! I will go to them for all my alterations now!Service: Alterations

Incredible. I dropped off 2 down comforters. One was very yellow (supposed to be white, yuck) and 1. That my cat had thrown up on. I picked them up today and they are completely white! Thank you so much.
