“BJs in Pasadena is a nice store with lots of products for sale. Plenty of organic veggies. And even a deli. Plenty of seasonal items that are always changing.”
“No issues with the pumps or service. People in the area seemed unfamiliar with how to utilize Sams Clubs setup but that was user error and not Sam’s fault. Gas was lower priced than neighboring stations. As always this is for club members only.”
“Always busy, so try to pick the best time to stop for gas! It’s close to a highway exit, so you’ll often see big trucks filling up. Some pumps are occasionally out of order, but the line usually moves pretty fast. The app is user-friendly and makes the whole process easier.”
“After waiting an hour at CVS for my booster appointment and I booked an appointment at this Sam's Club instead. Within 5 minutes of parking the car a booster needle was injected into my arm. Was an overall great experience and I would not hesitate to get a vaccine here in the future.”

“I just want to review Optical Center at this location. In April Jesse helped me to find beautiful frames. He is so kind and knowledgeable. My glasses were ready in a week. Today I brought my son. He helped him to find nice frames for his prescription glasses. Their prices are much more affordable than other places. Thank you, Jesse, for your outstanding service!”
“Scan and Go feature in the app makes shopping so much easier. Scan and checkout without fighting the lines. Club is usually well-stocked and has a good variety of brand name and Members Mark items. Still have a bottleneck at the exit though. They recently set up gantries to funnel people into defined lines but still can only fit one patron through the door at a time.”

“This Sam's was great ... on the Saturday before school starts I was expected chaos but the visit was lovely. No lines ... workers consistently stocking the shelves and we even got free lollipops. Costco does not give my daughter lollipops lol I will use this location from now on.”

“I go to Sam's Club mostly for meats, Salmon, and grilling/BBQ spices. We don't need all the bulk food products but a whole pork loin (pork chops), a whole Beef tenderloin (steaks) or ribeye's twice as big as the grocery store can all be found here at prices lower than the grocery store. This Sam's Club is well lit, always clean (my POV), and when I've had to engage an employee they were friendly, polite, and helpful. I do like when I visit and the bakery is in full swing. The smells of sweetness carry's across the warehouse. Yes, there is a yearly fee for use of Sam's Club. But I've found the savings on meat across the year paid for the membership.”
“This Jetro is a very nice place to deliver. They do have overnight parking,drivers please don’t blow it, be clean and do not toss garbage in the lot. I was unloaded in about 40 minutes.”

The membership cost is very low which is GREAT. the stores are absolutely clean and nicely shelve and organized so that one can find their items easily. The discounted items are a blessing. “As a whole the store employees are great. The pharmacy crew is amazing. However twice I had a poor, if not bad, experience with the food court. Once I ordered a pizza over the phone. It was supposed to be ready by 5:30. I arrived at 5:15 picked up a few items and headed to the food court. My pizza was not ready and I was told they were running behind. I agreed to wait. But took my items to my car. When I returned I was not allowed to go back in scone it was near closing time. The last time disaster hit, the counter clerk gave me a hotdog which fell on the floor due to a defective bag. Another customer told me that it had just happened to them. and that they would remake it. I returned to the counter only to be ignored for 12 mins. By the clerk, hot dog and bag sitting on the counter. I left the store.”
“Over the past three weeks I have managed to get two flat tires, and wow, am I glad that my mother raised me as a Sam’s Club girl. The first time I came in, I was in a real pickle because extenuating circumstances meant that I wouldn’t be able to get my tire situation fixed for another week if I couldn’t get it done that day. Thank goodness Jason from the tire center was there and able to help me out, he got me in and out in two hours with a whole new set of tires! Three weeks later and here I am again after running over a bolt and this time Adrian was able to replace my tire in an hour and for no charge thanks to the premium warranty. The staff have been so friendly and helpful, the tires well priced, and the warranty so useful that I will be a Sams girl for life!”
