It's messed up that I have to leave a star to a place that obviously does not deserve one. I called the day before to make sure everything is in line in order and then I go out of my way to come up here and it's not every single time and never ends. It's ridiculous. I suggest find someplace better.

Pharmacy staff, although flooded with work and not enough staff or time, do try to get prescriptions filled. They seem to need more staff or have a group work overnight strictly just filling prescriptions to get caught up.Yes as everyone pointed out they do have their issues, they have never been rude or disrespectful to me.

I made an appointment for the mmr and chicken pox vaccinations on October 24 for the 27th, and then on the 27th rescheduled for today, November 1, due to sickness. However, today, when I went to receive my vaccinations, found out that the pharmacy did not have them. The fact that I scheduled this appointment in the future more than a week ago, but you didn't have the vaccines, is deplorable.You shouldn't allow scheduling if the vaccinations aren't available, but once scheduled, the vaccination absolutely should be brought to the pharmacy. This is a massive failure both on corporate as well as the pharmacy itself. The pharmacy may not be able to control the website, but it is completely their fault for not at least checking ahead of time and calling me.In addition, the pharmacist first told me I couldn't get both vaccines on the same day, and then changed his mind and said it was fine. He did not seem to know or understand the protocols which I was able to quickly find myself online.All around this was an awful experience, wasted an hour of my time, and I ended up with no vaccinations since having one today would have meant I had to wait an additional month to get the other.I will go out of my way in the future to avoid Walgreens at all costs, but especially this location.

I am having the worst time with this pharmacy. I keep getting notifications that my medications are ready and, when I go to pick them up, they aren't ready or even ordered. This has happened every month. Yesterday, I stood in line for a half hour (behind 4 people), only to be told that my medications weren't ready after receiving multiple calls and texts that they were due the past 2 days. Then I was told that my one medication that I've been taking for almost a year now costs over $100 when I now have a $0 prescription copay and previously it was less than $2.

This pharmacy is an absolute disaster, they don’t answer the phone, they are unfriendly inside of the location, and the pharmacists on duty were useless (couldn’t even answer a question about kids Tylenol.) Please go to literally any other Walgreens pharmacy in the area I promise you it’s worth the drive.

I have injected medications. Every time I tried picking up my prescription here there was another reason I was given that it couldn’t be filled. Once I was finally getting the actual medication with no problems they refused to sell me the needles for it…. There had been a mistake and the needles weren’t sent to the right pharmacy. How am I expected to inject an injection without needles? Refused to sell me the needles until I had a specific prescription for them. Once I finally got the prescription they wouldn’t even fill it. The status still says that it is “pending” and it’s been a month. I keep being told come back tomorrow…. I would’ve missed two months of injections by now had I not been able to get needles with my prescription at another pharmacy. Will never go back to a Walgreens again after the amount of trouble I got for this.

This pharmacy is terrible. They don't check if they have what you need in stock. Don't call with an update if they are out of stock so you sit around and wait for your time sensitive medication without any updates. Luckily for me they found some "in the back" and had to wait for them to fill the prescription in store. Had I not have stopped by I wouldn't have gotten my prescription by the time I needed to start the regiment. Highly disappointed. Will not be using again.

Worst pharmacy. I give no stars. Complete change since Walgreens took over. They have given me wrong dosage, wrong amount of medication, and recently refused to contact my insurance to get an override to fill a script that was accidentally sent to mail order. I had to pay out of pocket because of they refused to speak to an insurance rep I had on the phone and refused to take the time to contact my insurance. You are not treated like a person there. They literally told me to "just pay cash please" because apparently their laziness is at my expense.

Booked a vaccine appointment (not COVID) and when I showed up for my appointment they said they don't have the vaccine available ?♀️ Why did it let me make an appointment?! Now I have to scramble to find a place to get a vaccine

This pharmacy is the worst. I need to find somewhere else to get my scripts filled. Been sitting in the drive thru line for 10 minutes. 4 cars behind me. The blond girl tells me she'll be right back 5 minutes later. Still waiting.

I absolutely despise this pharmacy staff! It never fails they are extremely rude, refuse to fill prescriptions unless it's been 30 days exactly, they don't answer the phone and they don't know how to order prescriptions that are refilled at the same time each month. The foreign pharmacist that just started in December has not one bit of tact and loudly violates HIPAA. I do trust them to fill anything and wouldn't recommend them at all. The Walgreens on Fort Smallwood Rd is much better!

I paid for 3 picture magnets on Friday night 5/12! The two associates and running the store did not know how to make them so I told them I would come back and pick them up. Note I paid for them and I saw the note that CASHIER left for the next CASHIER on Saturday. I came back on Sunday morning May 14 to pick them up. The cashier said she made them, but she did not know where she put them. She began stressing out because people were in line. So both the cashier and the manager ended up taking care of the line versus taking care of the customer that paid for an order Friday night and is patiently waiting for my order! The manager there needs to be replaced! She offers the worst customer service ! It’s a miracle if she ever smiles! I don’t have time to wait, so I left without the order that I paid for two days ago and we’re supposed to be part of a Mother’s Day gift today!! Very poorly managed wall greens and Pasadena!

This pharmacy is very busy. I try to call ahead to see if my prescription is ready before coming in. It seems to work for me. The pharmacists work hard. I haven't have a bad interaction with the staff thus far.

Filled with personnel who close early for lunch break, focus on drive thru patrons before those already in line and checked in, and usually offer poor customer service. They also frequently are closed without checking if there are confirmed vaccine appointments on the books. We will be going to another location as this site is awful. Any other location is better than this one.
