I went to this store yesterday May 10th, 2025 around 6:35pm to pick up my phone. I had everything the pickup instructions mentioned; my order number, credit card, and identification. I was turned away because I had a passport as my form of identification instead of a Maryland driver’s license. A passport is the highest forms of identification you could have. I was so upset and disappointed. I believe that worker was judging me because of how I look that’s why he told me they didn’t accept passports. He didn’t ask for anything else like a card to further identify me, he just said no. I drove 25 minutes just to be turned away for no reason. I’d like to further escalate this incident. I just told him to cancel my order but I don’t believe he actually did because I did not receive a cancellation email or anything. I wish someone who feels like working and actually understands Verizon’s policy would help me.

PJ Jantzen was the best in getting my husbands phone fixed for me! He knew how to fix it and got it going. Personable and extremely helpful. I will always ask for him!! A great guy!! I won’t hesitate to go back to him. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This store has a long wait time, feels like they take forever with each customer so you can walk out of the door. There’s one specific sales person that never stop talking, making the wait time even worst.
