JP went over and above in assisting me change phones and phone number after an identity theft. He provided excellent customer service, was knowledgeable and extremely polite. Should the need arise I would not hesitate in having him help me. Thank you JP!!!

This store has a long wait time, feels like they take forever with each customer so you can walk out of the door. There’s one specific sales person that never stop talking, making the wait time even worst.

Terrible experience today with the sales guy we had, Jarrett. He mislead us on much of the information and was condescending and snarky throughout our time with him. It’s a shame because we have had prior great experiences at this location. We will be returning to a different Verizon store tomorrow to get things corrected….unfortunate after spending 2 hours at this store today.

Chaea was extremely helpful and professional. Even after her shift ended and she left for the day, she returned to the store to help us. She stayed until almost midnight to get our account and phones activated. She was very polite and easy to work with. Being extremely knowledgeable in her field, there wasn't a single problem she couldn't fix. Chaea is absolute supervisor material. Verizon should definitely promote her.

This store is the worse store i have been in, spent 1-1/2 hours in the store (Sunday) and got nothing done the lady did not know the systems or how to switch over the phones. Spent 1-1/2 hours the next day on Monday and they could get two phones hooked up but the third no go. So we will have to go another time to get the other phone. I can't go there anymore.
Once i ask for a care and owner name the guy got touchy and was rude. Bad experience.
I have to call the manager on Tuesday , also check out the internet using the name of company Victra and you will find some major complaints about the main company. I will call Verizon Corp. about these folks.

The manager is great at this store! I drive from Annapolis to get such good service. CHAYA - was my customer service person this time. She was over the top great. She is super knowledgeable , patient, respectful. She has a very relaxed manner. I am not too tech savvy and she had a great way of making me feel comfortable asking many tech questions. I was once again very pleased with my experience.
