I've been having issues on packages I or my family ordered being marked delivered BUT no delivery was done. It has become more and more regular lately. I feel like they are just rushing to get things done, marking packages as delivered without checking if its the right address or not. This happens when they wont even get out of their delivery car to check if it is the right house. Very frustrating!

I sent a wedding invitation to someone in Pasadena and they never got it, then tried sending an important document through this post office and it must have gotten lost in the mail because it was never received. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

The lady at the front desk is very rude and not helpful at all! She talks to customers like they’re garbage when they have questions about how to mail an item out. I will not return to this location; I now take my business to the Pasadena UPS store and they’re so helpful and kind!!USPS at lakeshore Pasadena should hire better quality employees!!

The most absolute worst staff! The ladies at the desk will stand there acting like they’re doing something when there is at least 10 people in line while the other lady is the only one taking customers! They are rude when they speak to you and need to be trained on customer service skills!

Apparently they’re giving away other peoples packages. It was labeled as delivered in my mailbox but it must’ve grew legs and walked away! Not happy as it was a gift for my child with autism for Christmas ? guarantee I go ask about it and i won’t get anywhere ?

I tracked my package and it showed delivered. It was not in the mailbox or anywhere else in our building. I called this location and a gentleman (Levy) answered the phone. He asked for the tracking number and called the carrier. He located the package and had it delivered.

It’s absolutely unreal how many times a place can hit a mailbox. All of your drivers need their licenses revoked because they’re absolutely careless and cannot drive to save their life. Our mailbox has probably been knocked over 10+ times in the last 5 years, and it isn’t like it’s hard to see or in a difficult spot. Not only this, but not one note has EVER been left and we’ve had to pay out of pocket every single time. This place sucks and the delivery people suck even more. They also never pay attention to the addresses, and we ALWAYS get our neighbors mail. You can literally see where the edge of the white mail truck backed into the mailbox.

Horrible customer service! Rude to customers who were unsure how to send packages. Lady behind the counter said “thats not my job” “we dont have to do that here”. Wow! All I have to say is Wow!

Rude and defensive staff. Place is fine until you are having issues and then no help. Took a package in and was told I had the wrong zip code and they would not send unless I changed it. So, I changed it only to go back home and research and see that I did have the correct zip code. When I went back to inquire, they said it was my fault for changing it. Fine (was tired of arguing about whose fault it was), but what can we do now to fix it, so it goes to the correct location? Nothing, it will be returned and I'm out of $$ it costs to ship. Ridiculous.

This is one of the worst post offices I have ever been to seriously get it together it’s not that hard hire some more employees and maybe try moving like a fraction of a second faster since there is consistently 10 people in line there
