Carolyn was amazing. My girlfriend had never mailed anything before and had an emergency shipment containing her sons PS5 controller, which broke 5 days before the warranty expired.. Needless to say she was a bit anxious, but Carolyn’s calm demeanor kept us afloat. Exceptional service!

I had business cards made for my woodworking business here and Ken did an amazing job for me! Top quality cards and every detail was met that I requested! They were around $30 for 250 of them which is way cheaper than Vistaprint who wanted over $60 for the same thing.
This UPS Store has been my go to for my business related needs and I recommend other small businesses to use them as well!

Great experience here Valentine’s Day this year. Very accommodating with a last minute request, they were able to print my kids’ custom Valentine’s Day cards. My kids loved them and loved handing them out at school. A great big thanks to Mr Ken the Manager, who really went above and beyond.

I've been using this UPS store for about 15 years now. The owners and staff are great. Billie is the type of owner who imbues a personal touch on service, and he and his team are happy to provide above average service to the folks using his store.The team is fast and thorough. You will be in and out in no time, even where there is a line at lunch time or closing time.The team executes with speed and precision. I once left an antique Apple computer, printer and peripherals to be packaged for shipment to Europe. I left vague instructions, and told them when I needed it ready. The team did a spectacular job of packaging the computer and peripherals. And they had it done earlier than expected. The packaging was so good my colleague in Europe praised them for it.I highly recommend using the services provided by the UPS store, and getting to know Billie, Ken and the team. They are a great bunch of folks.

The go-to UPS store. They're always on top of it. Whatever they're getting paid isn't enough. The place is always busy and the employees are constantly friendly, helpful and efficient. I've probably used this location 30 times, always happy/impressed with their service. Great staff
