Carolyn was amazing. My girlfriend had never mailed anything before and had an emergency shipment containing her sons PS5 controller, which broke 5 days before the warranty expired.. Needless to say she was a bit anxious, but Carolyn’s calm demeanor kept us afloat. Exceptional service!
