Don't ever book an appointment with this location. They canceled on me last minute, the day of an important event, 2 hours before my book time. I had to run around look for a makeup artist that could book me. Thank God you don't have to pay ahead of time and waste money. These people will surely waste your time and cause you stress. Go to a 5 star location that is more professional. They claim the artist was really sick. Well I'm sure she knew she was sick and day beforehand. She didn't just wake up and suddenly be sick the day of an appointment.

I’m sad to leave a bad review because I’ve been shopping here for so long. I went to return two items and the manager was so rude the entire time trying to return the item. She kept cutting me off, rolling her eyes at me. The only helpful person was one of the beauty advisors Debbie, she kept apologizing the entire time. I purchased the item on door dash and provided all receipts and she told me it couldn’t be accepted and she would give me $6 for a curling iron because “I didn’t have an itemized receipt” but I did have the itemized receipt and it was one of two items I was trying to return. I reached out to door dash, and they told me the receipt is enough and to contact Ulta. I then decide to chat with customer service on the Ulta website, and they told me the receipt was all I needed as well so they weren’t sure why I couldn’t return it. I’m very sad over this situation, because in the end I didn’t even want a refund I wanted a store merch card to purchase something else.

Love this store! All the girls that work at this location are awesome. They each go above and beyond to help the customer. The girls at the salon are great as well. I always have Krissy Smith do my hair. I get so many compliments about my hair.

I only come to this location when I don't want to travel all the way to Columbia. I visited this store yesterday and left with nothing. From the start not one associate greeted me. I had to ask for assistance from two associates who were to busy talking. Anyways, you all never have anything I need. Matter fact this store doesn't even have any covergirl, pat McGraph or patrick starr products!! I wanted some decent products for my birthday. Will not return.

Staff is great and friendly.
Makeup stations not clean and rarely santized, often no sponges or supplies available to apply make up for testing. When I asked staff about supplies they respond "we only have what they sends us." I'm not sure who they is? Because proper supplies are not available people are using their fingers more frequently causing cross contamination with germs. The place is rarely properly stocked in a timely manner. Management should be ashamed.

Run, don’t walk from this salon. Terrible customer service. I have had hundreds of hair cuts in my life at salons in various states and never once have I had an experience like this one. The stylist was unavailable during my appointment time, and asked me to come in 45 minutes late. I conceded that this was okay and changed my schedule to accommodate whatever issue caused her to run behind. When I got there I was offered a chair to wait in and another estimated wait time of 15 minutes. 15 minutes later, she was still putting curlers in her client’s hair. I just left and never even received a phone call to see if I wanted to come in when the stylist had finished. The receptionist was unfriendly and neither she nor the stylist seemed at all apologetic. The only plus side is that I probably dodged a terrible haircut.

The customer service from a cashier yesterday 04/28/2024 was very unpleasant, very rude, we will not visit this store again. There are other stores where the staff is friendlier and always wanting to help you, but not this one.

Meg- from the Benefit Brow Bar is always amazing. She takes her time, educates you on the best products to use, and makes her guests feel comfortable and confident with all her services. I recommend her, I got my brows recently laminated, tinted, and waxed. This is the same day result! I have never had much luck with my brows, until Meg! I feel like a new woman, all thanks to her. Plus, she’s so fun to talk to and I also love how she’s attentive to all guests in her section, while making her clients still feel appreciated! 10/10. Love my benefit brows :) Thanks Meg, and thanks Ulta for having such a talented crew here at this location!

This location kinda sucks. Don't go in there looking to browse bc they'll follow you around the entire time like you're trying to steal something. They need to just hire a full time police officer so their employees aren't making their customers uncomfortable at every turn.

I went in today to pick up an order I purchased online and was denied because I didn't have my driver's license. I was with my husband and left my driver's license in my car. I had several credit cards including a Costco credit card with my photo on it and nope not good enough. Tell me who is gonna know I placed an order to then go and steal it. I order so much stuff online and I have never had an issue like this or been talked to like I'm stupid. I have the email and 20 forms of ID and can't have my stuff because it's not a driver's license. It's fine and I will deal with it, I'm just really glad I said no to the pre approved credit card I was offered because I surely will never shop at this store again.

I shop at Ulta at least 10 times a month and this location by far has the rudest employees. Lola in specific has the worst attitude when speaking to customers. I had mistakenly opened a bottle which was not a tester and I understand I shouldn’t of had done that, however the way she approached the situation made me want to just leave the store as she went and continued to talk negatively about me to her coworker right in front of me.

Nichole was rude and not kind at all. I have never had an issue at any Ulta stores, my family and I are very disappointed in her customer service. We will not be returning.
