“My husband ordered a pair of swimming trunks off Amazon and they didn’t fit correctly. I set up a return with Amazon and went to UPS to drop it off. I didn’t realize that Amazon had changed their rules and I now needed a bag or box to put it in. It was definitely my fault for not paying attention, but the UPS store was kind enough to offer a bag for me to us. I know that they didn’t have to do that. They have signs up everywhere, but I really appreciate the guy helping me out. I’ll definitely use this store again because I received excellent customer service.”

“Lots of trucks in line (from Grais Rd) but line moves fast. Stop in line, go in the office to check in for pick up. Then move forward with other trucks. Guys will come and pull you out of line for loading. Fast and easy.You MUST have vest to check in!!!”

“It's an odd little drop box by a tiny storage building out near the end of a parking lot. Honestly, I'd hesitate to us it, except my bank pointed me there when I asked about nearby FedEx locations.”
“I actually went to the FedEx box that is next to this UPS drop box, but the UPS box definitely was there too! Both are outside of the building, which is great because I was there on a Sunday, and the building was locked.”

He cut away cleanly extra pieces of my box so that it would now fit into one of UPS's standard boxes. He added bubbles for security and I was so pleased with the result. Thank you to Mr. Singh and the store manager for always kindly providing the services I require.”

“Carolyn was amazing. My girlfriend had never mailed anything before and had an emergency shipment containing her sons PS5 controller, which broke 5 days before the warranty expired.. Needless to say she was a bit anxious, but Carolyn’s calm demeanor kept us afloat. Exceptional service!”
