I would Not advice anyone to use the atm at this location. I visited this Shell 4 days agi and used my card to withdraw some cash, not only did the atm charge me twice, not give me any money out the atm! Yes I went to pull my monry out over a hundred dollars and had to deal with the employee there either such a horrible attitude towards me not receiving my money and the owner told me there was nothing he could do ; now I have to wait 60 days for some investigation ?God I thank you for waking with me through it all. It is not a surprise to see how heartless others can be!

Who’s the person, who for the last several weeks on Tuesdays, increases the price of 89 to the same as 93, instead of how it used to be where on Tuesday 93 was lowered to the same price as 89. Now not only is your 93 thirty cents more expensive than everyone else, your 89 is seventy cents more expensive than everyone else. Who lets that happen week after week? I used to always fuel up here. Now I never do. Foolish. Same problem at Shell up F/S Rd.

I went to have an oil change done and dropped my car off the night before. When i went back to pick it up after work the next day the mechanic told me his suppliers didn't have my oil filter in stock and that if I could find it he could do it another time. I went to get into my car and it was running and the doors were unlocked. I went to ask the mechanic why my car was running and he said he didn't know. He turned it off and locked it when he couldn't find my filter. Upset with his response I walked back to my car which was about 1000 degrees inside I went to turn the ac knob to full blast but it was already on. I turned the knob off and then back on and my ac wasn't blowing any air at all. I got back out and went to ask the mechanic how long my car was running because now my ac isn't working. He walked to my car with me as I asked him again why he left my car running and unlocked. He swears he turned it off and locked it so he turned it off and pushed the lock and guess what , it locked it. So I asked him since he is a mechanic how my car got started and unlocked all by itself and he had no answer. I will NEVER use them again. The mechanic could have just admitted he made a mistake but instead tried to blow me off and dismissed me. He got lucky because after I left my car off for awhile my AC started working again. My camera in my car was running so long that it filled the memory card and started over leaving no videos except for an empty car. I wonder if something happened and he left it running on purpose so he wouldn't be on my camera.

So went in to the shell yesterday and was paying for gas and was waiting to put my number in to get my disppcount since gas is so high and the new girl was so nasty to me about it I did inform her she didn't have to be so rude there is no reason to be that nasty to anyone someone best do something with her before I pull her through that window

The new girl that works there has horrible customer service! Bad attitude and always on her phone. She won't even lay her phone down to wait on a customer. Several people have told me they won't even go there anymore because of her! Other than that I guess it's ok! Ash is awesome! Always friendly and attentive to the customers!

It's not the largest place but excellent for a local stop. I enjoy stopping here before and/or after work. It's on the way, the pumps are easy to get in and out of.I've never been inside the shop; however from an outside view it appears to be small and most likely stocked with what sells. They have bays for repairs and if you're local and need some work it's convenient.

This review is written on my mom’s behalf. She talked to the mechanic about getting her car Maryland inspected. The mechanic was very nice to her. He said bring it by anytime. He completed the work and certified it. This place charges less than other stations for this service. I highly recommend them!
