We worked with Jamal at the Pasadena location salesperson was not aggressive, was very informative and polite while being extremely professional. I return just to work with him. Suggest you ask for Jamal if you looking for a couch or any furniture. He was a delight.

Very friendly staff from Jamaal of the sales team who listened to all of my concerns and found my husband and I the mattress that best fit our needs, to Leslie of the financing desk who processed my purchase with efficiency and humor, to Kip, the general manager of the company who not only reviewed my product with me, but also jumped onto the sales floor and moved my mattress with Jamaal to test it on a different base to make sure I got the full experience and was really happy and comfortable with my purchase.This is my fifth big ticket purchase in this location and this staff is the reason it remains my go to store.

I came in to look at the Darcy collection to furnish my basement. Mark quickly lead me through the store straight to the Darcy sofa. I tested it out and chatted with him. Mark was very knowledgeable and efficient with the explanation of the sofa and the matching ottoman. Considered the sleeper sofa as well. We tested a similar model for comparison, but I ultimately went with the sofa and two ottomans. Mark was wonderful to work with. It was a painless and pleasant experience. Went in and saw Jamaal to pick out a couple end tables. We ended up purchasing a complete living room set thanks to his professionalism and great customer service. He was very helpful and answered all of our questions. Leslie and Danny were also very helpful with getting the financing portion of the transaction worked out. Over all me and Joe had a great experience at Ashley Furniture and will be going back for any future Furniture purchases.
