“I cannot say enough GOOD things about my experience with Shavon at this branch. Being inexperienced in international shipments, she was patient & gracious when I was unsure of what to do. When my item was overweight, she provided me with the forms required & said she would be there for me when I came back to ship the divided package. I made an error on a form, and she was understanding and willing to correct it without any fuss. She was funny, positive, and overall improved my impression of USPS’ customer service. Thank you, Shavon, for brightening my day & I hope your management recognizes what a great asset you are to their team & rewards you directly.”
“I’m sitting in my car, still floored by the excellent customer service I just received. I brought in a package by mistake that was supposed to be UPS, leaving my USPS package in the car. Had my hands full with a stroller and the large package. When the young lady behind the counter realized my mistake, she followed me back out to my car and took the correct parcel for me. She told me to have a blessed day and I certainly have thanks to her! Love being able to write a glowing review.”

“I absolutely hate this post office. You can never reach anyone by phone and they are so nasty in person. However, I'd love to talk to a manager because my mail lady needs some serious recognition for her honesty and great attitude! She is always friendly and happy even in extreme weather. What she did today, made me realize there are still good honest hardworking people in this world. I'm not sure if any companies, especially the postal service, care about these types of things but if so please respond to this review so I can give my feedback”
“I've used this post office before. It's convenient, easy to get to and has plenty of parking. The postal associate was great; knowledgeable, efficient, helpful and customer focused. The cost of shipping matched the on line postal calculator. Good experience. Five stars all day long!”
“Update: My package went MIA, and I had misplaced my tracking number, but Maddy(sp?) was able to look the order up. USPS had delivered without a hitch (early actually) but the condo mailroom had misplaced it. I would give this location 10 stars if I could. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️This place has helped me pull off last minute Christmas gifts to the family for years! “I went into the Crownsville Post Office and accidentally spilled all of the mail I had brought in. Derek (and all the other people in there of course laughed) was gracious enough to say, don't worry about it, that he would take care of it and get the mail on it's way. I appreciated his compassion and assurance that although I had caused him more work he willingly took care of it. Many thanks to Derek for easing my embarrassment.”
“We went to get passports with our daughter today. Aside from the internet being down and having to go get cash to pay for them since the credit card machines were down as well (which is out if their control) we had a pretty good experience. Dalisha was super helpful, very knowledgeable, and even patient while I had to make a few phone calls to find out a few pieces of information from family that I was not aware was needed on our passport applications. She was able to answer all of my questions and helped complete the passport forms. She knew all the documents needed and exactly how everything was to be prepared. Didn’t get the gentleman’s name who took our pics, but he was also helping other customers while we working on the passport forms with Dalisha and he also seemed very friendly and knowledgeable.”
“I have been here a few times to mail packages or drop off letters. Each time, the post master has been very helpful and quick to get me in and out. I can't imagine their job is an easy one.”
“Not sure about the postmaster as other people have noted, but the clerk (C3, 28 Oct, 12:06PM) I interacted with was incredibly friendly and helpful and helped me return some items with the Label Broker after the self service machine was unable to help. Incredibly friendly staff that is accommodating and empathetic!”
“1 Wilson Rd is located on the USNA yard, in the midshipmen dorm (Bancroft Hall) across from the tailor shop. It will not come up on GPS as it is a restricted access office serving the students, faculty and staff of the USNA. It only has PO boxes for the students they only handle mail delivery for the studentsIf you have access to the grounds and dorm, it's a great little office. 2 employees, very helpful.”
“Have only had to stop by the physical location a few times, but has always been a quick experience and staff were courteous. Mail delivery to my home has always been good and staff delivering mail have always been nice. No complaints here and hope others consider leaving positive reviews in addition to negative ones.”

“Had the best experience getting my son passport done. Had went to a different location usps before this, the one in Glen Burnie are rude and disrespectful but this was way different it did took a while but I understood they were understaffed but I still got an excited service by them”

“I recently had trouble with a package being delivered because the wrong zip code was written on the package by mistake. I received a text that my package had been delivered but it was not anywhere to be found. In my panic I contacted the Brooklyn Post Office. Team member India Robinson took my call and immediately got on the case. Ms. Robinson assured me that she would investigate and get to the bottom of what was going on. She was friendly and got right to work and within minutes my package was on my front porch. I’d like to thank Ms. Robinson for her swift response. She led me through a stressful time with compassion and reassurance. Thank you so much Ms. Robinson!!!”
“My trip to the Severna Park post office was the best experience Ive ever had at a post office in Maryland. The staff were kind and helpful and the wait was not long at all (Monday afternoon at 1:30pm). Shout out to Timara, who assisted me and was wonderful.”

“I tracked my package and it showed delivered. It was not in the mailbox or anywhere else in our building. I called this location and a gentleman (Levy) answered the phone. He asked for the tracking number and called the carrier. He located the package and had it delivered.”
