I've been working with Katie in the office and also spoke to the owner Bob a few times. Very nice people and very responsive staff. I had some standing issues in a few different areas with my Tucson, which of course not a diesel, and they took great care to thoroughly check it, fix the issues, test drive it, and even kept it longer to ensure the issues between my battery and alternator were fully resolved as well. After all the struggles I've had with other service locations I highly recommend Pasadena Diesel Repair. My fella is also using them as a repeat customer for his diesel truck so that's 2 recommendations from my household.

Wow back on the road! My trucks been out of commission for almost a week because I thought my starter went bad. Not only did they NOT put in a starter I didn't need and charge me for it, they repaired my corroded battery cable and only charged me for that service, whew! Honest repair services are hard to find! Thankfully I found Pasadena Deisel Repair and am on the road again! Thanks PDR!

They did some routine maintenance on my truck. The staff was great, especially the young lady in the front office. Fair price and good communication. I don't look forward to needing a mechanic, but if I do, I hope to have as good an experience.

This shop is awesome! They were able to bring my dad’s 2004 F250 truck back to life. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, their staff is very knowledgeable and professional.

I would not do business with this company they have stolen $1800.00 of my younger sons money which we gave to him faithfully as deposit my son who works hard tried to get the money together little bit by little to give to bob the owner of Pasadena diesel.I then stepped in to help my son by paying his bill in full and when I asked for the money that my son gave bob and his staff started yo ignore my calls and text . This business is very unfaithful and untrustworthy. I've called him several times to ask them for our deposit back and they will not answer the phone. They told me one time that they had it at their house and would have to bring the money back to give it to me and never did, and will not answer the phone at this time. I am a business owner myself, and do not conduct this type of business to my customers or I would not recommend this company.Stay clear of this company.

With a work truck with a couple miles on it, I see the folks at Pasadena Diesel several times a year. Fair and honest pricing. Always a great experience and my truck is down minimum time thanks to the Pasadena Diesel Team! You guys rock!
