I would never go back there after being harassed for the last 1 1/2 by the Indian Pharmacist I have never had a pharmacist tell me she needs a detail letter from my doctor explaining why I need the medication I am prescribed! She refused to fill my prescription until I was out of medication when I informed her I only get a 28 day supply of meds she didn’t want to listen to me was rude and nasty then once she finally filled it she realized she was wrong and had to apologize. We spoke to Mike directly and he did nothing but make excuses by using FDA such as his store was flagged for this and that and blah blah blah but his other locations were not held to same standards just that store! Funny how other pharmacy chains do not have those same requirements if it is an FDA guideline! Horrible horrible service!

This is hands down the best pharmacy in the area. I have had bad experiences with Walgreens and CVS. I came here and they go above and beyond for their customers. I am a forever customer.

My mother uses this pharmacy and I cannot say enough good things about them. They really are a community pharmacy. Personal service, friendly, and caring. My mother no longer drives and there are times when delivery has been necessary. Always done with a smile and in a timely manner. I appreciate the staff and the way the owner chooses to conduct business for their customers. Many thanks!

I could go on and on about how great this pharmacy is. They know my family and I very well, and go out of their way for us if any issues arise. I always am able to fill my medications very quickly and don't have to wait very long when I get there. The staff is very sweet and patient.

I have been driving around all day with a baby and kid in a car with no AC, trying to get my son's ADHD medication filled for the first time and I stopped in here because the Safeway across the street said that people have been having good luck here. I go in and ask if they have it in stock and the pharmacist pretty much says that they do but that they're not going to fill it because I've never filled a prescription there before. They said 'we're not accepting new patients for this drug at this time because it's a commodity... And it's hard to get what school around the corner." I have never in my life heard of a pharmacy not accepting new patients. The front of their store says transfer all of your prescriptions here, it doesn't say anything about not accepting new patients, and I think not accepting new patients for one specific drug that a 7-year-old needs is pretty messed up. So if you've never gotten ADHD medication filled here before don't even bother trying.

I cannot say enough good things about this pharmacy. Locally owned, they specialize in personal service. When I walk in the door they know my name and greet me. They provide speedy, efficient service a will deliver if you need.

I understand that certain medications are difficult to come by currently. However, it stands to reason that if you receive a prescription and can’t fill it, you would reach out to the patient or even doctor to maybe try to get a substitute filled.. Not the best customer service folks.

Mike is a local man of Pasadena and only hires the nicest and most knowledgeable people. His prices are fair and the stores are always clean and neat! Mike even gives back to his community when ever he can! This is why this is the only pharmacy I go to.

Janet is one of the nicest drivers she will really go out of her way for you. This is definitely ? the pharmacy to use they care they are kind they are real people I love you all also I would recommend this pharmacy hands down when I told my mother and father about the services here they switched pharmacies from a big conglomerate store/pharmacy to the neighborhood pharmacy

I broke my elbow and they opened just for me when they were closed, AND they gave me a pen and magnet for free. Very accommodating.
