We just purchased a mattress and it was a great experience. Michelle was our mattress expert and she was extremely helpful when it came to choosing the right mattress. She was the help that we didn’t know we needed! She was efficient and to the point as well. All around a wonderful experience!

We recently purchased a king sized Mattress from this establishment. Our sales person was Michele. She was very informative, knowledgeable about the products and friendly. She took her time with us and answered our many questions. We have not taken delivery of our mattress yet, but are feeling positive about our purchase experience and hoping to love the mattress comfort.

We walked in and we were greeted by a very nice and well informed salesman, Kamerin. He showed us many mattresses until we found the perfect one with a great price. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I wanted. I would totally recommend Kamerin and Mattress Firm.

I cannot say enough about the customer service Tony gave us at the Pasadena store.
No high pressure but he did give us a lot of valuable information allowing us to make an educated decision. We cannot wait for our new king bed and adjustable base to arrive. Thank you Tony!
