This is the least professional salon I've ever had to deal with. A friend and I made an appointment back to back with a hairstylist who cancelled on us the day of. We were guaranteed that we would be able to get our hair cuts the next day. After completely changing my schedule around, we received a call less than two hours before our schedule appointment that it was cancelled AGAIN and we could not be fit in until a week from today. Needless to say I will be going somewhere else.

I've gone to this salon for years and was very happy until recently. In the past year the customer service has gone down hill. Sadly, I won't be returning. I used to be greeted and offered a drink when I arrived as I waited for my stylist but recently I'm not even acknowledged. The receptionist is very rude, snobby and unhelpful. The stylists always seem to be over scheduled, and I always wait for a while before getting in the chair which I normally don't mind but recently its been extremely long (30+ mins). Also I've been in the salon several times when the owner was there, and he doesn't seem to care that the client is waiting 30 minutes without being acknowledged by the rude receptionist. I will be spending my move else where in the future.

I feel bad writing a poor review, as the girl who did my mani and pedi was super sweet. However, she has some more learning to do. The salon is in a strip mall, and quite tiny. I had a Groupon for a mani/pedi combo for $29 but I used it the day after it expired because I thought I still had an extra day. Therefore, it cost me a total of $50 for the mani/pedi combo... $29 with the Groupon and then I paid the difference, plus gave a cash tip. The "spa" manicure is billed as such because you get paraffin. That's it. No hand scrub, either, which was disappointing. The spa pedicure included a mask, hot towel wraps, and a nice massage, so I was a little more okay for that. However, I've experienced much better at Oasis in Annapolis Mall, which is my regular spot, so I think I'll stick with that. The front desk girls were pretty aloof and a little snooty... not sure why. I got the impression they could have cared less about having my business.

Absolutely terrible customer service! Don't buy their groupon if you've ever used one in the past! It doesn't state for new customers only but they won't honor it! Had to call groupon to complain and get refunded.

I also had a groupon and it was the absolute WORST mani/pedi I have ever had. The girl was nice enough but didn't cut cuticles, didn't cut the full toenails, only the middle! She got polish all over my skin around my fingers and it looked like a let a 5 year old polished my nails. The staff complained about the "groupon people" right in front of me but they are so awful they have to sell groupons to get any business. The older lady at the desk is just plain rude and obnoxious! One of my toenails was cut into a V shape and was too short to fix it. Never go there. Honestly, I left there and went to another shop to get my mani/pedi the right way. They don't know what they are doing! No wonder it was empty!

They did an okay job but if hadn't been for the groupon I would never have come here. They are waaaay overpriced for their service. I got a mani/pedi there and for starters the places in the mall offer a better mani/pedi and have a shorter wait. The secretary was constantly MIA and so the other staff working on customers had to stop to answer the phones or ring a customer up, she also called me and put me on hold before even stating that it was that specific place calling. Why would you call someone and then put them on hold as soon as they say hello back. To top it all off they did leave part of my previous color on my nail near the cuticle on my feet. I won't ever be coming back here and wouldn't recommend them to anyone in the area

I have always had awesome experiences at this salon. I always go to Jeannie and she does great cuts. I do not know who these other people are going to, but Jeannie is great. My friend also goes to her every time for both cut and color, and she does a phenomenal job (especially considering the complexity of her color). I have also gotten gels done by her, and was very satisfied.

Took my stepdaughter here for prom. While they didn't have our appt in the system, they quickly re-arranged the schedule to accommodate the services we wanted at the time we had scheduled. The staff was very friendly and knowledgable.

Nail polish peeled off within a day! Not happy with the pedicure either. No lotion? No massaging? Won't be back there.

I had the most awful experience ever in this salon. I went in for a keratin treatment and walked out with FRIED hair! My hair is absolutely ruined and the only way to get it back to normal is cutting it out! I went back to the salon and asked them to fix my hair, they gave me a conditioning treatment, it didn't help, nothing can help fried hair. I left in tears! I called the next day and demanded my money back, he did give it to me but wasn't thrilled about it. I had to argue with him. He told me my hair was over processed because I color (bleach) my hair. Really? If this was bad for my hair why didn't the stylist warn me against it? My hair was past my shoulders and now I had to have it cut with layers to my chin. I am so upset over this. I wear a hat most days. This is the worst experience I have ever had. Run in the other direction before going to this salon!
