They never answer the phone!! It says you all open up at 8am and I've been calling since then and nobody answers. This has been going on for a whole year. The fact that the ratings are low, you would think that they care. Throw the whole team away and start over with new management. I shouldn't have to drive all the way there just to ask a couple of questions. It's ridiculous! The only person that seems to know anything is the black girl, and she has a smug attitude. I guess you have to take what you can get.

Be aware of shady practices! I had my “credit” ran because I didn’t have my credit cards on me… with over $6k in my debit account and over 700 credit score, I got denied, fine by me cause Hertz lost business… I looked this blonde hair lady in the face and she confirmed I would not be charged a fee for this inconvenience…. 7 days later I got a no show fee charged… I called today and got it refunded but be aware… seeing the other low ratings for this location I sure how the parent company Hertz is looking into this location.

Reserved a car over a week ago with confirmation. Went to pick up this morning and they don't have the type of car I reserved, only an EV. No thanks. Went down the street to Enterprise and they had a car available.

This is a disgusting , unorganized , unprofessional establishment . The manager David needs better training at handling matters . He allowed me to drop off a vehicle after hours not explaining that I would be charged the following week. I asked if it would be ok to drop it off after business hours and he said SURE , just put the keys into the slot box and that’s all I need to do . Today comes and I’ve been charged for the following week !!! I called and asked him why was I charged and his response was … OH , WELL I ASSUMED YOU KNEW … That is a very unprofessional answer given from a manager. He stated it was ok to drop off the car with no problems , no strings attached but still charge my credit card anyways ?? Cruddy and unprofessional is what he is . In the process of actually getting someone on the phone. The phone rang 20xs back to back . The fact that I had to keep hanging up and calling back to back for over an hour is ridiculous. A simple HOLD PLEASE would have been better than letting the phone ring . The first few days I had the vehicle ( for Lyft purposes ) I had to have the brakes and rotors changed , the mechanic did not understand how I was allowed to leave Hertz with the brakes and rotors scrubbing so badly . I won’t ever think twice to recommend or rent from the Hertz at this location. I would give a no stars if I could .

This is the most unprofessional location by far very oblivious and belligerent condescending on top of being remedial about how they conduct business and handling issues or even trying to correct or make it right have video of the unfortunate interaction with the unqualified personnel that’s currently there it’s obviously still a pandemic and the simple fact that David the manager and his other male associate that works with him are clearly not compassionate about their work this is a rental car place how are u gonna say I do t detail or clean your vehicles just vacuum carpets and halfway wipe down the car with debris in the crevasse of the car on top of it being severely stained on all the seats wiped it with cloth to find yellow stains

It ain't called "Hurts" for nothin'! So shady and unreliable it "Hurts"! Zero stars!!! Buyer beware!!! Don't believe positive reviews posted by lying guides either. Even a broken clock is right for 2 minutes a day. You get what you get, mostly nothing if you rent from "Hurts". I never in hundreds of rentals had a car without floor mats. Like I said, BUYER BEWARE!!! Go see Tedi at Avis 7145 Ritchie Hwy. He will hook you up.

Attendant left before closing, and some guy with a Hertz shirt said they have no cars. Although I was able to reserve a vehicle online. Unsat.

I usually give great reviews however this review saddens me. I don’t wish for this to happen to anyone so I want to fully warn those who decide to utilize this LOCATION for a rental car or Lyft Rental.Customer service isn't the best. Hearts aren't in the right place of some. Manager rapport of following through on his word is not good.Cleanliness of building and bathrooms when I went was terrible. If I didn't have to go I would of held it.Vehicle was not in good shape, had an odor and was not clean.I returned this vehicle to the Hertz at the Airport immediately and the manager documented on the receipt damaged rental, so I shouldn't have been fully charged and I was. It's been a year of trying to resolve this matter with my proper documentation and yet the manager David has not followed through. I hope that his lack and inconsideration shown, that he will not recieve the same treatment given. I hope this place gets better. Wish everyone the Best!

Lyft Express DriveAssociates Precious and DavidI went into the Lyft Express Drive location, as Lyft partners with Hertz to rent cars to drivers for either not having a car or maybe not wanting to use their own cars.I get to the location at 11:07. I walk in there’s no gentleman ahead of me so it’s not super busy. No acknowledgement whatsoever. Ok so I scan the bar coda, register and sit down, then my name is called. Precious let’s me know that the only vehicle available is a small suv if I wanted to wait I could wait a half hour for something more roomy. I chose to wait the half hour. After an hour and a half of waiting they inform me that the suv I’ve been waiting an hour past the time I was told could not be rented to me because an issue with the tire. Then I was told I would need to wait an additional half hour which would take me to 2 hours. Since I’ve already waited am 1 1/2 I figure what’s a half hour. I made a stink about it but still of course has to wait. My ride who took me had to leave so at this point I’m praying nothing else goes wrong. Still here writing this at 1:10 pm. The lack of customer service shown at this location is totally unacceptable and disappointing. As of now, I’m still here waiting… Also, there are no weekend hours and I told my job I would be gone for 2 hours because that’s more than enough time to get a rental right, right! Nope. Here. Uber would never! Enterprise would never.

They do not know anything. All they do is take your money. Asking them a question is like talking to a brick wall. They have poor collunication skills. All I can say is DO NOT RENT FROM THEM IF YOU CAN AVOID IT. They do not care abour you at all.
