I came to this place late on a Sunday afternoon and they were willing to take me as a walk-in for a dip manicure. The place was packed but I still got in and out of there within an hour! They have an enormous color selection and people there are really friendly (technicians and customers alike.) I am so delighted that I found this place. Highly recommend!

These ladies are so rude here. When I showed her how I wanted my nails she said ewww ok. Then she kept watching her phone the whole time instead of my nails. Then she would fling my hand each time. She also didn't let my gel paint cure in between each coat. So when I got home the top layer rubbed off and got red polish on my new couch. This place is a joke. I will never go here again. Seems like alot of people I have talked to have had similar experiences here.

I came to the shop to have two broken nails fixed. The shop did not do the original nails they are in proximity to my house. The first young lady did sloppy work and the color did not match. I can deal with the color but the mail it self was poorly shaped and all over my nail bed. I call to speak with the owner same day. They would not allow that to happen. I got major attitude for the two workers I spoke too. I finally get an appointment for the next day to fix them with the female shop manager. That did not happen when I arrived. I got someone else and he didn’t want to fix my nail. Keep asking me if this was ok as if he didn’t see a problem with the nails. I will not return. I sure this doesn’t matter to them but I think customer service is very important.

I’ve been getting my nails done by Jenny for many, many years and she is THE best! Not only does she do great work, but she has a wonderful personality and we have so much fun together while I get beautified. I highly recommend Hana Nail Spa.

I do not recommend. The pedicure is one of the worst times i have ever gotten. She did not apply the top coat right away and it the nails were cut uneven. The acrylics were also not performed well. Uneven shape. The cuticle clean up was very poorly done. Will not come back. All technicians should retake classes how to do nice manicure and pedicure.

I love going here. Jenny does an amazing job every time never disappoints. She is the only one who is aloud to do my eyebrows. She is always willing to fix anything that happens with my nails. And with my 5 year olds. I have been going here for so many years! And will continue to keep going. ?❤️

Absolutely would, and DO, recommend!
The entire staff goes out of their way to accommodate walk ins while also providing quality service to their regular booked clientele.
A friendly atmosphere reveals sterile equipment, coffee/tea/water, private salon rooms for waxing and comfortable, and appropriately distanced client stations.

i come here every month to see ms.jenny!!! she is so amazing and willing to do anything to make sure i’m satisfied. she is quick to fit me into her booked schedule if i break a nail and, she makes my nails look amazing!!! she always makes my designs clean and on point. if you are looking for a place that is friendly, clean, and affordable, this is the place for you!!!

The nail tech that sits a number 2 is extremely rude! She’s constantly saying things in a rude way and needs your hands to be too in place to the point where it’s uncomfortable. At one point she was speaking under her breath saying things annoyed because my nail touched the back of the UV light machine. The other nail techs are so nice but the service is NOT good. I won’t be coming back. She also made my skin bleed

I made an appointment the day before coming in. I got serviced immediately. Nyla was super patient with me making up my mind about my nails. I got a gel-chrome manicure in 40 minutes. I am super impressed and WILL be coming back.Service: Nail painting

Received a pedicure today and she clipped and cut me so I was bleeding. Noticed that they use many things that aren't sterilized. Went home to apply disinfectant.

Love getting my nails done here. There is rarely ever a long wait. I have had 3 different techs the past 4 times I've been. They have each been super quick but do an amazing job. I got a full set of acrylics here with gel on top. I have come back for all my refills. So happy every time. Check this place out if you haven't.

First time was great, second time my nails popped off within a week and a half; gave them another try, and this time not even 24 hours and 4 of my nails popped off. Horrible and very upset!
