Usually, I don't leave a review but several weeks ago, i came to the Pasadena location and I noticed a young child slamming into things and running around and I thought it belonged to one of the clients there. But I discovered the child belongs to the manager. after watching i noticed other customers frowning because it scared them. that's supposed to be a place of business and not only that it's very dangerous to have your kid running around in a atmosphere with tools and appliances. I walked out and decided to go somewhere with my haircut. I will let people know not to come to that unprofessional place.

I wasted my time, scheduled an appointment, we brought my son in and were told by the stylists; "I uh, don't know how to do that"You don't know how to trim up a fade? Really?

Lacie did a fantastic job on my hair! I haven't done ANYTHING to my hair in over a year and it needed some serious help. I told her my goals and "vision" and took her recommendations. Ended up doing a partial highlight and a cut (probably the best cut I've had in a while) and it looks fantastic! I feel like a new person! Not only is Lacie extremely talented with hair, but she is such a nice person and easy to chat with. I will definitely be back.

Came in a year ago and got this cute cut! I got a condition treatment and the poor girl had to shave a bees hive off of my head. Really saved me and now a year later, I need a tune up. Recommend for a fast, easy trim or coloring and kids can get their cuts, too! Clean establishment and amazing service from an awesome staff.

Absolutely the worst color I have even gotten. I showed her a picture of a cool blonde high lights and got yellow and orange streaky highlights . For $200 I could have done a better job . Do not bother with this place, you'll be disappointed.

Let me say this… I will never step foot in this establishment again. I called a week before my appointment to come in for a consultation regarding full color. Stylist looked at my hair and was confident she could give me the results I wanted. I was the first appointment of the day, I came at 8am sharp. Stylist proceeded to lift the ends of my hair to be able to achieve the color I am looking for and then proceeded to add the so called color I wanted. After and hour and washing my hair the color didn’t take. Stylist then proceeded to bleach my hair to again achieve the color I told her I wanted and she confirmed it would turn out better. After 4 hours…This stylist completely butchered my hair and my hair was three different colors along with a layered cut that was chopped and screwed. My hair looked horrible, and the only thing the stylist could say was that my hair holds onto color. As a professional, you should have went above and beyond to make sure that you corrected this color to the correct color that I showed you upon my appointment!! Worst experience of my life and I will never be back. Please do not waste your money on this establishment.Service: Hair coloring
