I have found a new little hidden unknown fact about this place! Not only are the bathrooms clean, but they have housemade chips and breakfast (bacon, egg, cheese) crossaint sandwiches cooked fresh and hot on the flat top. Best $5 I've ever spent.

Stay FAR away. The worst.
Me calling from my car - "Hi, I bought a car wash but there's something blocking the entrance."
Unhelpful dash employee, clearly not surprised, "Yes, it's broken but the code is good for 20 days & it should be fixed this week."
Me - "But I don't want a wash in 20 days. I want it today. That's why I came in today. I have my dog in my car, so I can't come in and get a refund."
Unhelpful employee, now in a tone that makes it clear that she thinks I'm a moron - "Well, the pumps sell the car washes. There's no way for us to keep the pumps from selling car washes!"
Me - "Well, you could put a sign on the pump that says 'car wash broken', maybe next to or on top of the sign that's selling me the car wash."
Unhelpful employee (pause} "Oh" (pause) hangs up on me.
Save your money for ANY OTHER gas station you happen to drive by. As the cliché goes, "If I could give negative stars..."

Awful place wish I can give zero stars! I went in the store to get me a bottle drink on September 20th,2024 around 8:40 am. Paid my items with my credit card and left, later I check my bank account and I see I was being charged $63.59 of a Samsung item. That’s when I realized that the cashier ( A tall African American lady) who was checking my items stole my credit card info! How is this possible?! Y’all need to do better! Hope she gets jail time because she missed with the wrong person. So if y’all want to get your credit card info robbed this is your place

When I try to use my Giant-Shell Gas Reward Points at this particular station, it almost always FAILS to work. It initially accepts my log-in and recognizes my current Gas Reward Points, but then when I try to use the card to buy the gasoline ... the pump will NOT accept my Shell Charge card, AND ... it removes the points I current HAVE in the account. I have to wait a few hours to try again, and it will then show the points restored. But the botttom line is: The software on this Shell Station's pumps routinely FAILS and will NOT allow a customer to use their Shell-Giant Gas Reward points. This has been going on for several YEARS, and I have repeatedly filed formal complaints with Shell Gasoline on their website. The issue is then, temporarily, fixed, but recurs again and again regularly. When I go to different Shell stations in my area, the card always works. The problem is this particular station, and a recurring issue with their software that they apparently cannot or will not fix permanently! This is a terrible way to treat customers, and simply NOT fix a recurring issue!

The service is fine here at dash in. I wish they would bring back the splash and car wash deal by three get two free. I got a card for that about a year and a half ago. I came in very handy. Very good deal now they don’t have any deals, no coupons, nothing to entice someone come to their car wash, there are two other car wash as a busy intersection. I guess I’ll have to wait and see who gives deals and go to them.

The one woman who works here is rude one of the rudest people I have ever came in contact with. She is African American and older in 3 separate occasions I have personal witness her being rude to myself and other guest! I came in the other night to use the restroom and she tells me they are out of order! She was extremely rude yelling as I said since this is not the first time I refuse to come back and highly recommend everyone drive a few blocks down to the other Dashin were workers actually treat people with courtesy and respect! I have been management for years and she has an attitude problem and should not work with the public! I DoorDash so sometimes I have to use the bathroom in the middle of working she treats like your second class citizen wanting to steal or use the bathroom for something other than it intended! I gave her a pass the first two time but not anymore! It is a shame because the other workers there are very nice!
