If I could give this 0 stars I would.They gave my husband the wrong medication on Sunday.Please pay attention to what is in your bottles The bottle was labeled correctly, but the medication in the bottle was wrong. And Bernice the so called pharmacist Acted, as though it was no big deal. I will be on the phone with corporate headquarters. First thing this morning. Not that it will do any good, but it will be documented.

This is perhaps the worst CVS pharmacy that I have ever encountered. Numerous times, I have had prescriptions sent there by doctors, and I have received confirmation that the prescriptions have been filled, only to arrive for pick-up and have them look at me with a puzzled expression.
Just this week, I had COVID, so my doctor prescribed paxlovid. She warned me that the potential side effects could be severe, so she advised me to get it filled and then decide whether I wanted to take it or similar OTC options for symptoms. I got to the pharmacy, and I was only told the price for the paxlovid ($350!) after I had already had my other items scanned for checkout, which pressured me to just get it, as I was not in a clear headspace from the fever and congestion. After taking the medicine home and thinking it over, I ultimately opted to not take the prescription, and attempted to return it to the store unused. They told me their policy was to not accept returned prescriptions once the customer had left the store with it, which is patently absurd (who returns the item they just purchased BEFORE walking out the store?). So now I have a $350 antiviral medication that I cannot use or get my money back for.
This place is the worst, and I won't be using it anymore, even though it's the most convenient to my home. I'll have my prescriptions sent elsewhere and make the drive.

We frequently shop at this location and I have entrusted CVS with printing of photos for years. Today while shopping for a card, my 11 year old had to use the restroom unexpectedly. When we approached the store associate before we even asked, she rudely stated "we don't have public restrooms", I asked as it was for a child if she could possibly use the bathroom as it was an emergency. She abrasviely stated again "there are no public bathrooms" and shook her head. I can understand if this was an adult that was capable of holding it, but for an 11 year old child with Austism, sometimes they cannot. Her response and tone was unexceptable and disappointing. We will not be returning to this location.

When the CVS Pharmacy hours state 9am opening and it’s almost 10am and it’s still not open. This is insanity. The manager doesn’t communicate with those in line and workers are back there but can’t open without a pharmacist. Customer service at its best. Shame on you CVS.

Put a refill in 2 days prior and was told it will still take more time to prepare. Unfortunately the wait times are always very long here.

Had my toddlers amoxicillin filled at this CVS location. Started to prep my sick child to bed just to realize IT WAS STILL POWDER. i waited 15 mins inside while they were "filling" it, and nobody actually mixed the medication for it to become administrable. The pharmacy techs have one job

do not buy gift cards at CVS. This week alone 2 of the gift cards are not working (netflix and Apple). The Manager Eugene he will laugh in your face, even though he is the person that did it incorrectly. Netflix told me “that he never activated it”. As matter, my receipt from doesn’t the activation for the card.He said”he did not care” and laughed.

Called the pharmacy to see if they had a medication in stock. Waited 15 minutes on the phone, no answer. Called the pharmacy again, kept on waiting. Still no answer. Drove to the store. 26 minutes later, still no answer on the phone and of course they did not have the medication in stock. If insurance allowed me to transfer all of medications out of CVS, I would.

Once again, the worst customer service. I don’t know why they can’t hire kind, happy people. The man at the pharmacy that waited on me didn’t smile, look at me, say thank you, and acted like it was the last place he wanted to be.
