Tonight experience with Dwan has been the worst I've experienced at CVS, and there have been plenty poor experiences at this CVS. He apparently really dislikes his position at CVS. I waited at an open drive through window for more than 10 minutes. Got out of my car, hollered through the window for assistance. Dwan, unhappily responded that someone would be with me. Neglected to indicate I had to wait forever for him to have time. Then told me to come inside and wait 30 more minutes for the rest of my prescriptions they've had for 3 days.

Several prescriptions were called in from the physicians office on 10/19. They were an antibiotic and a topical ointment. I arrived 48 hours later to pick the order up and they had not even been filled. I ended up having to wait over an hour to get them after working a 12 hour shift. The staff are doing their best with the little help they have. There is urgency in getting more help !!!!

Horrible Pharmacy!!! Was waiting at the Drive-Up window for at least 25 minutes, had two cars in front of us and one at the window. When the one at the window pulled off and the next one pulled up to the window, they immediately pulled off. The car in front of us pulled up to the window then took off laying rubber and blowing her horn. When we pulled up to the window we were able to understand the frustration, they had closed the window in the middle of the day. When we decided a couple days later to go get the medication I called to see if the window was going to be open, the person I spoke to said they close the window for lunch from 1:30 to 2:00, BUT when we were there before it was after 2:00. Anyway, point is their website says "open 24 hours" and I'm thinking they all don't have to eat at the same time and why was the window closed on people waiting in line at the drive-up window after 2:00. Switching my Pharmacy!!!!!

If I could give it no stars I would. I can never get through by phone. When the call gets picked up I get put on hold and the call drops. Absolute nightmare.

Was heading to Gibson Island when my passenger said they desperately needed Sudafed. We stopped at Angel's, but they did not have a pharmacy. Back to the Dena we went. CVS Pharmacy had exactly what we needed from behind the counter. Customer service was great, and we were back to the island in no time.

Since John Chavis returned 8 days ago as Manager, there has been a HUGE improvement in the Pharmacy as well as the general store!!! John's cheerful attitude, intelligence and willingness to ALWAYS help the customers is a breath of fresh air. He actually greets all customers as they enter the store and asks about their satisfaction as they leave. PLEASE keep him at this store. I was on the brink of transferring my prescriptions...I also spend a lot of money on personal products and cosmetics there monthly ($300.?) I know that MANY people feel the same way.

Would give the pharmacy 0 stars if possible. Paid to have a perscription mailed on the 23rd. got a text from them that they were putting it back on the shelf on the 26th if it wasn't picked up by the end of the day. tried to call and was on hold for an hour and no one picked up. I also called the "store" line on a different phone and they took my name and number and said they would have the pharmacist call me back. Here it is 4pm the next day never got a call, and have been on hold for another hour with no one answering.

It's a shame I can't leave ZERO stars. CVS pharmacy is closed from 1:30 to 2 (and any other time they seem to feel like it) for lunch. This is not mentioned on their own store website. Oh, and the drive-thru has been closed for quite some time now and staff say it's unlikely to return due to \"staffing problems\". CVS corporate is doing well, it's a shame it's at the expense of their customers. Sadly, my rx insurance requires I go to CVS, or use mail order. So I'm stuck with wreched service - lost refills, told ready when they aren't, miscounted fills...

I recently visited the CVS Pharmacy on Magothy Beach Road and had a mediocre experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which is always a plus. However, I couldn't help but notice that many items on my shopping list were out of stock. It was disappointing to see that the shelves weren't as well-stocked as I had hoped. I have been to other CVS locations and never experienced this issue before, so it might be unique to this particular branch. Despite the limited stock, I appreciated the convenience of the location, and I would be willing to return for future purchases. However, the long wait time to get my prescription filled left a lot to be desired. It's possible that there has been a recent management change that has led to this issue. Regardless of the cause, it was frustrating to wait so long, and it detracted from an otherwise positive experience. Overall, my visit to the CVS Pharmacy on Magothy Beach Road was okay. The friendly staff and convenient location made up for the lack of available products. However, the long wait time for my prescription was a disappointment. If the store can improve its inventory and streamline its prescription filling process, it has the potential to be a great location.

Ran out of Delsym, but was reluctant to give this location a try. I was greeted by a friendly staff member who was vacuuming the vestibule and then headed to the Cold Flu section and easily found what I was looking for, they even had the CVS brand version. On my way back i noticed another employee stocking shelves. I was also surprised to see the Pharmacy open with at least three employees. Heading to the register I chose to use a self checkout, forgetting that the cough syrup requires assistance, the staff member from the entrance was not vacuuming near the registers, as I wasn't in a hurry I waited to make eye contact with him. It took no time for him to notice me and walk over to help, the person stocking shelves arrived around the same time and they scanned in and I was on my way. As far as getting cough syrup at 2:30 am the shelves were well stocked, the Cold Flu label on the aisle guided me to where I needed to be and when I needed staff assistance I had two employees ready to help in short order.

I was hoping to get my antibiotics that I NEEDED and was ready but they say 24 hours and it wasn't. What a waste of time!!! CVS LIES about being 24 hours. They don't care about people's health, if the did then the 24 hours would be correct.

The wait was over an hour for prescription pick up.
