Closes early. Sign says 9 but the watch says 855. Of to Rite Aid. Sad that what's advertised isn't what you get.

The pharmacy is probably the worst business in Pasadena, and this started before Covid. They didn’t even bother to update their hours on Google, because why would management even think to let people know the pharmacy closes earlier so you can’t get your medication. Yeah it’s only an hour earlier, but I went late because I thought maybe there’s a chance I won’t have to wait for 3 hours to get my prescription this time. Never again. Should have stopped going here a long time ago. And I was told to come back in an hour like three times for the same medicine and I came back 3 hours later the first time. I’ve never gotten a prescription from there without a problem. I kept thinking “it’ll probably be fine this time” lol nope the worst part is when they mess up your kids medication, which I’ve read several reviews on here where that happened to other people as well. Save yourself the trouble especially when you’re not feeling well and go anywhere else.

CVS PHARMACY ON FT. Smallwood Rd in Pasadena MD has the Worst Pharmacy Manager I have ever seen. Rude, condescending, doesn't smile, very unfriendly, and acts like he hates people. He treated me like I was so inferior to him and I was not feeling well at all so I really couldn't tell him what I thought. I wish they would hire someone who actually cares about people. Someone kind. Someone who smiles. He is so miserable. And he takes it out on his customers. He doesn't belong in our community.

Very impressed! Filled a prescription in under an hour. Good customer service and efficiency. My new pharmacy

I just drove over two hundred miles for my grandson's graduation and stopped in to get a card. I had a ver disturbing encounter with an employee after asking for a restroom. Her abusive behavior was completely out of line, screaming at me and when I told her that she was rude it became worse. I never raised my voice and kept my composure. I quickly reported her to CVS customer service. And I will never go in there again.

The pharmicist filled my prescription with the completely wrong medication and lied to me about contacting my doctor, claiming he got confirmation that what he filled my prescription with is the same as what was prescribed. Totally incorrect.Just tried to work with pharmicst Trudy Merl to get my medication fixed today and she was INCREDIBLY rude. She gave me horrible attitude and was just so incredibly rude throughout the whole experience. She also loudly told a gentleman sitting next to me that he didn't have insurance, and asked him for his social security number. Just no sense of protecting anyone's private information, either.

This used to be a great pharmacy. Now, since the pandemic, the staffing is ridiculously poor and you will wait for an hour or more just for pick up. My wife and I came on a Saturday and waited in a long line for 1 person, the pharmacist, to wait on us. The CVS app had notified us that several prescriptions were ready for pickup. When we finally spoke with the pharmacist, she told us one of them was not ready, but might be ready the next day. Then, she pulled the others we needed and found the missing one as well which she assured us wasn't in the system as filled. This place is a mess right now- AVOID at all costs until they can properly staff it.

This is absolute the worst CVS pharmacy you will go to. They will make you wait, lose your prescription because they didn’t even enter it into the system and then laugh at you and blame you for their error. Go to Walgreens, avoid CVS shitholes.

Worst pharmacy. No one ever knows what's going on with prescriptions. Takes 30 min for anyone to answer the phone. Always have an issue when I come here. If I could use a different pharmacy I would but with insurance, I have to use CVS.

Quite possibly the worst situation and process I have ever been involved with in a pharmacy. I get the covid issues with staffing etc. We have been patient for months with this process it is horrendous. We are mandated to use cvs due to our insurance company and the medications our daughter desperately needs however it takes over a week Everytime the refill is put in..I can't understand how they can't get more support from the corporation.

I went to pick up a script yesterday. They did not have it ready. Promised this morning. Still not ready. Went tonight, drive thru was closed with a sign that said closed not enough help!!! I go inside only to find a line that stretched from the pharmacy to almost the front of the store. I could not wait that long. Hoping tomorrow will be better. I left there long ago and have been so glad I did. Mikes pharmacy 2 is the best. CVS you need to do better. The script was for a friend who is 95 years old. She had to use CVS because she is a retired teacher and that's who her insurance contract is with. It's sad that CVS just doesn't seem to care. Cathy L.

Myself and my doctor had a terrible experience with the pharmacy on Ft Smallwood Rd. My doctor called multiple times, leaving messages that were unanswered, waiting on hold etc.... They finally got through after a few days and the pharmacist (Jackson) said he would order the prescription. Never did he say that there could be issues with getting it. About a week later, I still had no update on my prescription so I gave the a call. I was told that they couldn't get it and I should just try somewhere else. I asked to talk to Jackson (who tried to pass me off to someone else immediately) and who did not understand that making someone wait for over a week to get something they need and then not calling and just saying 'good luck' is not acceptable customer service. The best part is when I asked him about it he actually hung up on me. I will never go there again and recommend that you find somewhere else if you actually need someone to help you in any way. Reading the other reviews it sounds like there are a number of issues I hope they address.

When scheduling a COVID-19 test, CVS claims it will return results back in 2-3 days. After you take the test, they inform you "Results typically take 2-5 days, but may take 6-10 days in times of peak demand."The lack of transparency is a clear cash-grab. Be honest with your testing times and limitations. Obviously things are changing very quickly, but to claim one thing to schedule a test and instantly claim another after taking the test is a clear misrepresentation of capabilities.

So I called ahead to find out if they provide walk-in covid testing and was put into a phone tree. I asked if they do walk-in covid testing and the system advised that walk-in testing was available and no appointment was necessary. I drove over to get tested and they said they don't do walk-in testing and I had to make an appointment. Wish they would get their act together. I went across the street to Wise Urgent Care who did the test without any problems.
